DIS Rewards

You'll have to excuse my ignorance. But where exactly can I use the rewards dollars from my Visa? I am staying offsite, so they will not help me pay for my room. Can I use them at a restuarant in WDW?

My understanding is that they can be used in any of the parks or at a Disney Store.

Yes at any Disney park, Down town Disney, the website, mail order, or the Disney Store, I think. You could always check the website, it is something like Disneyvisa and there is a link to it on the Bank One website too...

I used mine at the Disney store at the Belz Outlet Mall and at the Disney Welcome Center in Ocala FL.
