Hello all. I have a photo trip report completed over on the photo board. I'll post the link here as well. I thought about doing another trip report, but the first one took me a month to complete.
I'll give you some background before you head over and browse.
We went in a group of 8 from November 26 - December 3. We stayed at Port Orleans: Riverside. 2 rooms.
Myself: 37. Photography and Disney junkie. My 4th trip
DW: 37. Actually turned 37 3 days after we got back. Music teacher and Disney lover. Her 11th trip
DS: 5. Star Wars and Disney Pixar lover. Started kindergarten this school year. His 2nd trip
DD: 3. Our little Down syndrome star. She started pre school in Nov and turned into a big girl almost instantly. She is referrred to by our friends in the Down syndrome community as "Our Future Keynote Speaker" for state and national conferences. Her 2nd trip
DS: 1. Adore's his older siblings. Loves Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pooh and Goofy. Also wont go anywhere without his stuffed Heffalump, Lumpy. 1st trip
Dsister: 31. My younger sibling. Went off and moved to Jersey with her hubby, but we still love her. Hoping to run in the Disney Marathon in '09 or '10. 2nd trip
Dbrother-in-law: 34. From New Jersey, but we still like him. Treats my sister well and is a great guy over all. 2nd trip
Dfather-in-law: 71. DW's dad. Thought Bruce Springsteen's nickname was "The Man", but he did put an addition on his house so we could have a place to live. We tease him, but its all in good fun. 6th trip.
Overall we had a great time. We did the DDP and pretty much everything went perfect. Only issue we encountered was when I dropped my camera and then 4 days later the front of the lens fell off. Luckily I had other lenses to use. No big YOAMD prizes. DW did get a lanyard and 2 pins while on Star Tours during EMH at MGM, but that was it.
I did some character hunting and came away with 20 or so new to me characters. The week wasn't crazy busy, though it did seem a little more busy than the same week 2 years ago. We used fast pass a few more times on this trip, but still got to ride everything we wanted at least twice. Some times more.
Anyway. Here is the link to the actual report. There are about 11-20 pictures for each day. Not really a lot considering I took around 3,000. More can be found by clicking on the My Disney Photo and Video's link in my signature. Then click on the 2007 Trip found on the left side of the page.
Enjoy:
