DIS oldtimers (well newtimers too) where are you?

I guess I would be considered an old timer. Was here before the crash. My DDs were 9 and 12 when I discovered this site and was planning our first WDW resort-stay trip. They are now 16 and 19 and we'll be going again in 10 days. I was very active for so long but haven't had much time lately.

It's been a long time since we "talked" Dan. You were so kind to me when I was going through my ordeal. How are things with you? It's nice to see you again!

It's been almost 3 years since our last disney trip - but I log on every now and again to check on old friends! Found this site in 1999 - our first trip with the kids - and love coming back to "visit". Dan - glad to see you're still here! Helenabear, robinrs, DebinIA - just a few names I remember! Hi Dan...Just noticed this thread for the first time. I'm not new and not old so I guess I'm somewhere in the middle. I never get on as much during the school year when things go at a whirlwind pace with my DD. You know how those after school activities can be.

I love summer....I can Dis whenever I want to!

Hi Dan,

I saw a lot of names I recognize in this thread. Some I remember from their tags or their siggie pictures. The DIS has been invaluable in my trip planning since I first joined. I'm usually on WISH, transportation, resorts, or Universal boards. I am a closet CB lurker; it can be scary over there, but I do get brave and post occasionally! I was away most of last year due to my mom's passing and my divorce, but now I'm back and will be planning another Disney trip for 2007 soon!

I think I come aboard in the Summer of 98. Like several others, my profile was killed by the great crash of Aug 99 and I had to re-register. As you can tell, I rarely post these days, but do occasionally lurk. The first post I remember reading was Snoopy's Stroller from Hades Trip Report.
