Glad to hear everyone is still around and kicking!
We have had two days of cleaning at the old house.
Band started back up this week and Fran is back being head librarian. We spent all day Tuesday rearranging and photocopying music for rehearsal.
That was the day that the rain started here and we really hoped rehearsal would be canceled, but it stopped by 3:00, so we had to go. Yesterday was another soggy day. Today it was on and off, but mostly off.
Fran and I both got some new shoes as my store was having a sale today. We saved about $100 overall. Then we went to a local Macy's for clothes for me. Last week I got winter dressy clothes for my cruises on the Mississippi and to Alaska.
Today I got shirts so I don't have to do laundry every 4 days while it's so cold. I only have five casual winter shirts that I like. I have probably 200 T-shirts and 50 tank tops, but shirts with sleeves that go past my elbows are far and few between in my wardrobe. Unless you count denim and courdoroy over shirts, but they're not what you wear as just a top.
Ah the problems in first world So Cal.
