Meet at 12.30pm at the ice cream cart outside the Disney Store. If for some reason the ice cream cart has moved (very unlikely), just wait near the doors to Disney Store.

Once we have everyone (I'll have a list of people we're expecting, we'll probably hang around for 15/20 mins to allow for delays) we can head to TGI's if we are on agreement about eating there. I hope someone knows the way cos I don't have a clue!!! We'll eat which will probably take quite some town, then we can head back to Meadowhall to shop for a bit. I'll try and PM everyone my mobile phone number tonight or tomorrow lunchtime. Please take it with you so you can let me know if anything comes up and you can't make it/will be late so we're not waiting around for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Weather forecast for Sunday is heavy snow. This probably means we'll have brilliant sunshine but it can't hurt to plan to leave a little early if you want to be on time - just in case.

Just rang TGI Fridays and had a quick word.

They can seat 15 - 18 no probs.
Sun isn't too busy at 1pm but they suggest we book - just in case

I haven't made definite arrangements but do have some 'buy 1 get 1 free' vouchers......

I know what you mean about the 2 4 1's I doubt they'll be too thrilled!!!

The initial number was about 17, now I know we've had a few drop out so I think we're at about 14/15 now but there could be a few more - hopefully adding 1 or 2 extras won't be a problem.

Alison if you could call that would be great, I've got a big exam to finish today and I don't honestly have time to be making calls as I'd need to log off the net.

I'll have my lovely lime green DISboard badge and my ribbons so I at least should be easy to spot!
