DIS Meet Time Set - Going to WDW 12/7 through 12/11!

OK, so it looks like we are meeting piecemeal, not en masse? My poor DH. I'm not sure he's up for it!

I will PM my cell phone number to everyone who has responded.

If we could do a group meet, that would probably be best for us, btw!

Also, we will be at the Old Key West, checking in on 7 December and checking out on 11 December, so we can be reached there.

And, I am bringing my handy dandy notebook (oops, too much Blue's Clues this weekend!) - my laptop so I can get and send messages.

You tell us all where and when to do a group meet at Epcot on Friday 12/8, Animal Kingdom on Saturday 12/9 and Magic Kingdom on Sunday 12/10, if you're so inclined to meet all three days.

I will be meeting you on Saturday at Animal Kingdom, just give me a place and a time.

If it's at AK, we typically meet at 11 am at the upper seating area of the Flame Tree BBQ. It's a good central area with lots of seating. At MK we meet at VMK central.

I am so mad I can't believe it! The Holiday quest won't be there! Released at DLR over a week before WDW! That's a big downer. What gives?

I think meeting at MK on Sunday sounds great. It's an extra magic hour night so DH and I will have lots of time to do lots of stuff. Sounds like VMK Central is a good spot to meet. When works for everyone?

11 am is usually a good time for those of us who have to drive in

I'm not sure if you use AP or not. But if you are using regular tickets you might want to see about leaving your tickets with someone who lives down there to turn in when the quest comes out. Last I knew they would give the quest items on a ticket, even if it was used previously on a different day. When they scan the tickets I think they are just checking if the person has gotten the quest in the last 90 days. So if someone is willing they could take your tickets, get your quest cards and send them to you. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong! Hope that helps though. Have a super great trip!!

Tigressjewel, thanks! Like minds and all that, I received a PM from a DIS member (Deba) who is checking into the same DVC resort the day after I am checking out! She suggested that I leave my passes in an envelope and she'll hook us up! She and I live around the corner from each other, literally, and will now have an excuse to get together for sure!

OK, I think we have a winner!

11:00 am at VMK Central on Sunday, December 10th!

Just be kind to my DH. He's not quite up on his VMK/DIS insanity, and he's not always the best people person! He looks gruff on the outside, but inside he's my Pooh Bear! We must break him in gently.

I guess we can run around for a few hours together and terrorize Magic Kingdom!

Lanyards are loaded, suitcase mostly packed, now I need to print about a zillion copies of quests and answers!

Hello all! Made it here and had a great time at the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas. We are tired pups!

Old Key West is very nice.

Spent way too much money on pins! Should have waited until one of you AP folks were around to save me 10%! C'est la vie!

Anyway, looking forward to meeting with everyone on Sunday at 11:00 at VMK Central.

FilamenttheBright is meeting us at AK at 11:00 on Saturday.

BobRichmond and I need to figure out our schedule for tomorrow at Epcot!
