Happy Friday All!

I don't know if y'all are aware . . . McDonalds has Pirate and Princess Happy Meals right now. In the toy package is a card with a chance to win a WDW trip part of the YOMD. Just thought I'd let you know.

Wendy - Are you going to a MNSSHP in September before or after our cruise? I am 99% sure if there is one while we are at WDW, we will attend. From everything I have read, that seems to be the party most people like the best. Has anyone on here ever attended a MNSSHP (Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party)?

We're flying home the day we disembark. But we're planning on going to MNSSHP on the 19th. We're doing AK on the Thursday, then going to MK that night for Spectro and Wishes. We'll sleep in on Friday and do the party that night.

I can finally call for our ADRs on Monday! We're going to do the Character Breakfast at Cape May before going to Blizzard Beach the Tuesday before the cruise. So we won't need to spend any of our MK time to do the character dinner at Liberty Tavern, although I'd still like to do that one sometime also.

If the rumors are true and the nights MK closes at 7 PM will be MNSSHP nights, we plan to go on 9/28. We fly out on 9/29 PM.

I have to wait until next Saturday to make our September ADRs. I can't wait. This is the trip I am going to try and get Emily into the CRT breakfast. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Oh wait, I just remembered. I have been calling and making all the ADRs for ALL our past WDW trips. I left September up to Bill. He's going to be calling to make all the ADRs. Okay, wish Bill luck. He's going to need it.

How did the new luggage hold up, I am thinking about getting the 3pc Mickey charcoal set (its on sale for 49.99) because the airline ripped the wheels off of everything except for one piece of luggage. Thanks

Hi Stefanie:

We love our Mickey luggage. DCL didn't ruin it. So far, so good. The true test will be in September. The only problem I found was that the largest of the three bags is more like a medium suitcase. I am use to the BIG standard suitcases. It is an excellent price for the set. You'll love it too.

Have you been to McDonalds again? I haven't been since Friday. Do the bandanas fit your boys heads? I honestly don't know what head mold they used in making them. I thought it would at least fit Cole's head. Nope. He's got a big Noggin too. We have two unopened bandanas. I may try and trade them for something else while I am out and about tomorrow. Do you know if they are up to the ships yet? That is what I think the boys would really like.

Stay dry. We are suppose to get thunderstorms this evening. I hope it passes over by 4 am. That is when I have to drive Bill to DFW airport for a 6 am flight. He heads to Colorado on business tomorrow.

I think you mean Andy's Brother In Law, the one with Cancer.. Yes, he is doing very well and his body is accepting the Kemo without too much trouble.. He doesn't like being held down so it is a little tough on his ego but other then that he is very well.. Thanks for asking..

We enjoyed meeting you all as well.. and YES we'd love to attend another Dis cruise when everyone is up for one..

Yes, I'm sorry his brother in-law. I'm glad he is handling the chemo well. I assume he is young (30's/40's). His body should be able to recover and be back to his old self before you know it.

Will loves the BAB website. He had me get the code off Cole's Rudolph. It is kind of like Webkinz. In the Hannah Montana concert book was an advertisement for a Hannah Montana outfit at BAB. I am sure we will be at our local store getting that outfit soon. The kids are VERY "into" her. It is crazy. Bill just got an electric guitar and amp the other day (an early early birthday present). We may get Will one for his birthday too. Then, I'll hear Hannah Montana songs ALL the time in high volume.

Hi Brack! Did your son get any snow when we did? We didn't just get a few snowflakes. It stuck and was enough to actually build a BIG snowman. You use to live in Dallas. That is very rare for around here. Then, a couple days later, it was in the 80's.

The bandannas were a no go, they have those and the pirate skeleton. I have been getting a happy meal for myself so I can give my nieces the princess stuff. I hope we have good weather the rest of the week because I am taking the boys to six flags Wednesday and Thursday.

Have fun at Six Flags. I haven't been there in years. Bill surprised me one year for my birthday and got a sitter for the kids. I assume the boys are on Spring Break. The kids are on SB around here too. We have my nephew this week. We are going to Chuck E. Cheese Wednesday night with a friend. Then, we are going to IKEA on Thursday to meet another friend for lunch and shopping. Weather permitting, I plan to take the kids to the Fort Worth Zoo either Tuesday or Friday. I hope the rain is gone by tomorrow morning. If not, it will be Friday. Have fun and ride The Titan for me.

He did get snow too. It was pretty cool he said.

It snowed only once while we lived there for a year and a half. We got more ice than snow.

I can't believe you don't go since its so close to where you live. We always get a season pass and go to the (disney) concerts for free It's no disneyworld but our SP are only $41 and we love to the ride.

My DDIL dyed her hair green and she and my son went to the Parade in New York. They don't expect to be home much before 2 AM because they were going to a concert after the parade (Black 47).

I got all my ADR's for my May trip, and got mostly what I wanted when I wanted. I did amuse my TA, though--for some reason I made my ADR at Kona for the night AFTER I get home! She fixed it for me, though, and I'll be having my birthday dinner at Kona.

OK, it's long after my bed time!

I did buy that set. It got here late last week. I like it, but agree that the large is not very large.
