DIS Meet at Universal 6/29/07

Hey guys...just wanted to let you know that we had a great time today at Margaritaville. It was a small but lively group that included:

It was really fun chatting and getting to know other DISers.

Actually, WE were hoping YOU would stop by and say hi to US! We didn't "sit" till about 3ish, and we "broke up" about 4:30....you were already dun work..... Didn't have your number to call and let you know we were still there.....

Hi. I couldn't figure out how to pm more than one person at a time, so I thought I would post here. It was great getting to meet you all last week. I like to put a face with a name, and now when I read your posts I can picture you!

Happy to see that everyone made it home safely. I was thinking about you Nashvilleduo when I was watching the weather channel and Nashville was getting pounded by storms. Did your son ever find out where you were??

We fit in our last few rides after the meet with you guys, bought my Cat In The Hat pjs and had dinner at Mama Dellas. I'm happy to say that our house was still standing when we got home despite the graduation parties that went on while we were away.

DH says no more theme parks for a while, but I'll keep checking the boards to see what everyone is doing. Maybe I can get my friend in Tampa to do a girls only trip to USF with me next winter...

In the PM box you put the senders name, just use ";" to separate screen names to send to more than one person at a time....

Glad you guys made it home safe.... AND your house is still standing! WHEW! Odd, DISers must think alike! My mission this trip was to buy a THING niteshirt...( I did), and then I saw the Cat pj pants.... ....soooo tempted, but they were blue, didn't match the red.... I'm sure you'll be able to find someone to do UO with....even maybe another DISer??? (I know macraven travels solo for HHN....)

It is great to put a face with a name....makes this all that more fun Always nice to sit and chat with other people who share your love for something.....

Nooooo! Our son still has no clue that we were even gone. For those of you who don't know, Greg and I planned this trip for just us. It was only a 2-nighter and we left our 7 yr. old son in KY with my parents. We forwarded our home phone to my cell phone in case he tried to call us. And everything worked out great!!

We had such a great time, even with it being a short trip. We enjoyed staying at the PBH for the first time as well. I'm still planning to get a TR going soon. (Gotta get my sweet hubby to upload our pics first!)
