Congrats on your 2 pounds Christine! I kept my 1 off. :woohoo: I had Sage with me at work and we had lunch together from the Italian place near work so I think that's pretty good.

Beth is right, you will be doing alot of walking and in the summer heat. I didn't think of that part too much. I could not get past the 7 days on the DP part. ;)

Trust me, that is a concern for me as well. And I forgot to mention that in addition to the DP we have tickets to the HOB Gospel Brunch during our stay.

I am holding off adding dining to my November reservation until I see how I do on the DP in July. The convenience and dollars make sense, but I don't want to do it if I am out of control on it.

That's a good idea to wait and see how it goes.

I have been eating poorly this weekend. I went to the movies yesterday and got candy. :sad2: I really need to kick my own **** here soon. Oh...but I did walk home from the movie. I don't think that takes care of the candy, but its better than riding the bus.

I don't think I said but its too dark to do my walks in the morning. I need to find a plan C now.
 
Half a pound today. Better than a sharp stick in the eye. ;)

We have family coming to town this weekend so I expect I will end up in a restaurant or two. On the other hand, we're going to a big national park on Saturday and in this heat, I ought to sweat all that off easy, right???
 

Well hello there ladies! :wave2: How is everyone doing? Considering that I'm at my mom's and relaxing I have managed to only gain 3 lbs since the last time I weighed in. (At the beginning of June.) :woohoo:

There's a lot to do around here. Unfortunately Im not able to get to Curves as much as I would like. But I am thinking about walking up to the Safeway about 1 mile or so away a couple times a week.

I think that would be good excercise. I hope that everyone is doing great! :woohoo:

Thanks! It's raining here again.... :sad2: So no walking today. I wish I had thought to bring a poncho with me. Oh well.. I guess I'll just have to pick one up next time I'm in Walmart. I think I'll get my DS one too... Never can have enough ponchos... :rotfl:

Things are just so nuts around here. :rolleyes: If you need to kick me out, then I understand. I am guessing if Ruben gets the job it will get more nutty before it gets better, so maybe that's best.

Looks like it's going to be another nice day here. I was able to get my walk in this morning. Took about 30 minutes or so. Just glad that I got it out of the way.

I stayed the same this week. I forgot to report that yesterday. Better than gaining. :thumbsup2 I am doing better this week so far so hopefully next week its going to go back down.

I am out of control too, and it's not for me to judge but this thread has been kind of slow lately :guilty: I have to think that's not a great sign, I know for me it's not. It's not an excuse but I've been so busy lately that I've put myself on the back burner :headache: I really hope everyone else is doing better than I am
 
I am not doing better than anyone. I am out of control too...

I have gained 6lbs since returning from Costa Rica on June 27th :faint:

I think we will be starting a "dump the plump" event at work for charity soon. I am definitely going to sign up for it :thumbsup2
 
OMG, I haven't weighed in in ages!!! I know I am out of the program but I was still going to try on my own. Of course that went out the window with nothing but fast food the whole drive over here. :scared:

And his parents have been taking us to buffets here so I don't even want to know how much I've gained. I feel horrible though.

Anyways, I hope we can all work hard to get back on track soon. :hug:
 
As I said in the beginning, people should post here when they want. I won't make them. It does help me to pop in. I've had a better week for the most part. I made lunch almost every day last week and that certainly helps.
