DIS Ladies Only Trip 2007 WISH!

I was going to have frozen yogurt for supper tonight but thought I would check in here first. Drill Sargent scares me. I think I will stick to the veggies :thumbsup2

Everyone sounds like they are getting on with their weight loss. I hopefully will lose some this time around.

Morning Ladies... So lastnight I broke down and had some crackers while in bed watching tv.. :sad2: I guess it coulda been worse. :rotfl:

Wendy a few crackers is fine.
I can't go cold turkey and stay away from all the foods I like.
So I'm trying to eat in smaller portions.

This shows you how bad I am:
I love the Vanilla Oreo cookies. I could eat a box in 3 or 4 days.
So now Cliff is hiding them and I'm getting 2 cookies a day. :sad2:

Hello ladies!!

I hope you are all doing well. Today Ruben took me out to lunch while we were out running errands. We went to Applebee's and I had their 3 course meal. It's an appetizer, an entree and a dessert.

It was really good but so much food! I am stuffed. But today was a planned lunch that I knew about so I'm not worried about it. As opposed to those binges that are random and compulsive and are brought on by emotion.

It was my splurge. lol Tonite I doubt I'll eat much, maybe a small salad.

Anyways, hope you are all doing good! Keep up the great work. :banana:

I dont think I meantioned exactly how many I had. :blush: It was more then a few... prolly more like 10-15 big round cracked wheat crackers!!! They were good too!!!

So like since I have been trying to cut back on my food consumption I have been starving the last couple of days by the time DS gets home from school!!! I'm going to have some yogurt and then cook dinner in a little while. :sad2: I wanna eat NOW!!!!! :eek:

I've been really hungry too. Because of that we've been eating dinner earlier. Used to eat at 6 or 6:30. Now we usually eat at 5:30. Then if I get hungry later on, I just try to drink more water or make the low cal popcorn.
 
I was good and only had 2 slices pizza for dinner. I can't remember last time I did that. :)

but I had a piece of cake with alot of icing. Which was really good. :goodvibes

Once I get to the gym, I am fine, I enjoy it. And the kids played outside on the playground the whole time, so it was good for Jonathan too.

Joanne, that is not bad that the cookies have to be hidden. We have tons of sweets around here, but I am not a sweet person it doesn't bother me. I am a salty, potato chip person, so I am just not buying them, otherwise I eat them.

That is what I am doing too Beth, one meal a week where I eat what I want. I think that will help with keeping on track for the long haul!

Even though last night I broke down and ate way more than I should have (even more after the frozen yogurt), I really tried to stay on track today. So far so good :cool1: I've just got to make it through the rest of the night.
