Hi there fellow 'diet-busters' how has the past week been for you ?

I have lost 1lb this week, which I'm really pleased with as I had a lovely Pizza Hut lunch for Mothers Day yesterday, which takes my total to 12lb, I can honestly say that dieting this time has been incredibly hard, with me only losing 1lb a week (I know at least I am losing !!) but it's really dis-heartening that it doesn't drop off like it did in the past. Does it get harder as you get older ???

Anyway I will forgive you if you have stuffed ya face with choccies or have been out for nice meals due to Mothers Day (or if you generally felt like having a week off and stuffing your mush :rotfl: )

Well done:cheer2: Thats great. I think the less you have to loose the slower it will come off.

I did have a nice meal yesterday and a few choccies but i have still lost 2lb and i am chuffed :cheer2: So i have now lost 1 stone and 10lbs :Pinkbounc I am off work for the week this week so i will either do really well or fail miserably. But i have started the week off with 40 minutes on my stepper and a big spring clean :banana: Good luck for the next week :cheer2:

I did indeed "stuff my mush" yesterday. (Mandy I've never heard this expression before but I like it!)

However I am continuing to persist apart from that little lapse ;)

I on the other hand am failing miserably, after my night out on Saturday and the GIANT bar of Turkish Delight I ate yesterday, one really should'nt be that suprised. Here's hoping I do better this week.

ive lost 2 1/2lb this week taking my tally to 11 1/2lb in total :) i fear mothers day will catch up with me next week tho :guilty: :guilty:
