:wave: Okay gang, hands up, who's had enough of this diet business ????

I know I have, as it was youngest DD's birthday over the weekend I have eaten enough birthday cake, jaffa cakes and mini eggs to make Mr Blobby burst ( can I please add they were all gorgeous, the food not Mr Blobby !!!) :rolleyes1

Anyway there is no way on this earth that I am getting on the scales to find out my weight for at least the next few days

I hope that you have all done well this past week, and I hope to get myself back on track as I've only got 7 weeks to go (wish me luck :wizard: )

At leats you had a great weekend Mandy :cheer2: I lost another 1lb this week so i only have 1 stone to loose in 11 weeks, i will have to start exercising this week to get to my goal :rolleyes: I have had enough of dieting too. Just think of all that lovely food when we get out there :cheer2:

I'm expecting a gain this Wednesday. As it was hubby's birthday last Weds and mine yesterday, all we've done is eat out and stuff our faces with stuff like birthday cake! Still, it's back to the straight and narrow today. I've lost 1 stone 4lbs so far so want to crack with losing a heck of a lot more for October :banana: Good luck with everyone's weigh ins this week.

I'm afraid I ate out yesterday and did not go for the low fat option. Still, there was some meringue in my ice cream sundae which qualifies as low fat - shame the cream and the ice cream didn't ;)
 
Well done to all of you who have lost this week. You are all doing very well indeed.
As for me, well I have decided to try a new diet, called The Inch Gain,Barry Island Beach, You Are What You Eat Diet, I invented it all by myself, you eat pretty much what you want,and just watch those pounds fly on in no time at all.

I am doing this diet thing right. yes?? NO! What do you mean No! ;)

No weight lost for me this week. But I exercised 4 times and have just come back from a body balance class - I feel I am going to ache tomorrow!!!
