i am afraid i have to confess to putting on 1/2lb :blush: :blush: :blush:
in my defence i can say it was all alcohol calories and not food :rotfl:

At least you enjoyed yourself :cheer2: I have lost 1lb this week which has surprised me as i have had a bad week :rolleyes: So i now have 4lb to shift in 3 weeks. :Pinkbounc Then its off to disney to forget about my diet :teeth:

Stayed the same this week despite heroic efforts to exercise double last week as I was sitting in meetings for 2 whole days last week and eating 3 cooked meals a day in the hotel!!! Oh - and there were copious amounts of red wine!!! Never mind - onwards and upwards!!!!!
 
Natalie - Alcohol pounds are better than food LOL ;)

Michelle - Well done!

Diberry - It is horrible when you can't sort out your own food isn't it :( Good luck for next week.

I lost 1lb this week but i have been eating doughnuts and pizza's bit of a bad week.

I'm so cross - I've been really really good this week (didn't post last week because I hadn't lost any which was purely down to lack of willpower!). Apart from a chinese takeaway at the weekend I've been really careful about what I eat and I've been doing more exercise than normal (dance class Monday Thursday & Saturday and a bike ride yesterday) and yet I STILL haven't lost any weight. It's been 4 weeks now and I've lost 3lbs - I'm beginning to think the scales aren't working!

I'm really stressed at the moment - organising an auction at my daughters' school on Saturday and ticket sales are c**p - over 100 lots and only 55 tickets sold. Plus it's my M&D's 50th wedding anniversary the weekend after AND I've got an OU assignment to be in by the end of the month so what with all that, working full time and 2 kids I feel like I'm heading for a nervous breakdown. Sorry - moan over.

Anyway, I'm putting the lack of weight loss down to stress for the time being - but I would have thought that would cause me to lose weight! Must be the wine then!!

Well done to everyone else - hopefully I'll have something better to report next week.
 
Depressing week for me, up by 2 pounds, down by 3 up by 4, down by 2 constant yo-yo and I can't figure out why?????? never mind will be back on the treadmill tonight. :sunny:
 
It seems to be a bad week for all of us bar Michelle and Tracy!:guilty::guilty::guilty: Well done you two!:cheer2::cheer2:

I haven't lost any weight this week either although I have been quite careful with what I ate:confused:and I didn't drink any calories either, I wouldn't have minded if that had been the reason!:rotfl2:

Lets hope this coming week will be better for us all! :goodvibes

And what with all the walking around in WDW, she will probably come back having lost even more weight than us!:rotfl2::rotfl2:
 
Just wanted to say to SEVANS2208 that I really really feel for you as that's happened to me so many times in the past and I must admit there have been times when I've given up - too many times!!! So please don't and I'm sure your perseverance will pay off very soon. It really is an enormous help to me to know other (much younger!) people have the same difficulties in shedding weight so once again thank you so much for the support and encouragement! :sunny: (I also agree that alcohol calories shouldn't count!!!!! :rotfl: )
 
Well I didn't go to the gym last week due to being full of cold so I was dreading getting on the scales today - but I had lost 4lbs? :confused3

I was still following my quite strict low fat diet despite not exercising so my gym lady says it must be that I am not eating enough when I am exercising as well? So I am under strict instruction to increase my calorie intake a little so I am saving myself for the Dis Meet this weekend :teeth:

Well done to everyone this week and don;t be discouraged if you didn;t lose this week - I was really upset last week but kept on with it and the results have manifested themselves this week :) I'm sure the same will happen to those of you who have not lost this week :)

Hi All

Well done to those you lost, I only lost 1 1/2lbs this week, but I suppose thats not too bad. Total loss now 81/2lbs in 3 weeks, oh but so much more to go!!!

Keep up the good work everybody, and thanks Natalie for running the thread in Mandy's absence.
