:) Hi All

I hope you have all had a good weekend. Last week we had a successful week with lots of disers doing well and losing weight, so lets hope we can continue doing well

I haven't weighed myself today as I'm changing my weighing day to Friday from now on. I haven't done too well as I took my friend to Frankie & Benny's the other day and I couldn't resist the toffee/chocolatey/malteasery pudding (hopefully I'll have worked that off by Friday)

Anyway good luck everyone for this weeks weigh-ins :wizard:

Back to my pre-WDW weight I am glad to say ;) It took a week to lose but 3 weeks to put on so not too bad :)

I couldn't resist the toffee/chocolatey/malteasery pudding
OMG Mandy, that is cruel! I am sat here with a low fat Muller Rice and I did NOT need to read about that ;)

We have a F & B here in Nuneaton (entertainment capital of Warwickshire - NOT !!) and another in Coventry. Not sure about B'ham tho

Well, I went out for a meal last Sunday (4th), another on Thursday, had friends round for a meal on Sat - G & T, more than 1 or 2 glasses of wine ( ;) ) and 4 courses - as the Americans say:"Go figure" what that did to my figure!!!, and another meal out yesterday so not totally surprised to have put on 3 pounds despite going to the gym 4 days last week!!! More than a little peeved but back in harness today!! Well done to those who've lost and good luck to those, like me, who haven't!!!
 
:faint: I've been a good girl and just done my workout video for the first time in 4 months - and now I'm knackered !!!
 
Well after going out for a meal or our anniversary i've managed to lose 1lb which is a surprise as i've not been able to do much exercise as we have had to have all the damp course done in the housewhich seems to have taken forever.

Well done to everyone this week

Well done every one who has lost or stayed the same this week. I have stayed the same... again. Its really hard to loose weight each week now, its more like 1lb every other week but i'm really pleased with my weight loss :cool1:

Well done everyone.:flower: I have weighed myself for the first time since our holiday and have lost 1lb! It must have been all the walking we did in London because we certainly stuffed our faces in DLP!
 
I celebrated making the 5 stone mark today,... by taking the dog for a two hour walk lol, my legs hurt!!!

but hey cant wait to head up to the metro centre and shop shop shop!!! in november no more evans for me!

Please can someone help me here? I put on 4 pounds this week which I thought was because I'd eaten out last week but despite going to the gym every day and eating the right things it's not shifting which it usually does after a few days. Now I'm really worried that it's going to the gym that's making me put on muscle rather than lose fat. I go 5 days a week and do about an hour on various cardio machines, 3 weights machines and 20 lengths in the pool. I thought the weight would start to come off much quicker but the opposite seems to be happening. Has anyone got any experience of this please? It's really bothering me.
 
Hi Di, have you noticed a big change in your clothes ?? Sometimes we focus too hard on what the scales say, instead of noticing that our clothes are a lot looser. I hope this is the case for you Di, as you deserve to do well with all the exercise you do and all the great encouragement that you give everyone on here.

Well done everyone on staying the same or losing. I haven't lost anything this week, but I have done my exercise video 3 times this week, so that should make a small difference. For those who have put on, please don't dwell on it, you've done well so far and it is only ONE week and Good Luck for the coming week
