DIS Hanging on Mobile Devices

The last couple of days I've been having lots of problems getting the DIS pages to load on my phone. The home page comes up fine. I get 2 to 4 clicks after that where the pages come up fine. Then on the next click the page starts to load and hangs. I then have to close the "tab" in Safari and try again to the same result. This is on an iPhone running iOS 9. It happens on wifi at home and work and via LTE. It does not happen on my laptop. It does not happen with other sites on my phone. I have tried closing all open safari pages, closing Safari, and rebooting my phone. Please help. I miss my DIS.
