Yay !! Just 3 weeks till the Girly Weekend !!​

Hi ladies,

I'm really sorry but I now wont be able to come for the whole of the girly weekend

There are a couple of reasons for this but it is mainly due to money, and the fact that I have only recently found out that I have an exam on October 11th and so will be using that weekend to revise for it (that's what I get for missing the first week of uni to finish my Disney program lol).

Anyhow, I still intend on just coming for the Saturday if that's OK - i'll meet you guys on Saturday morning, have lunch and dinner and still go out in the night etc but I'll then go back to a friends house in Cardiff to stay. I've also PM'd my saturday meal choices to Mandy.

Looking forward to seeing everyone though xx

I know exactly what you mean, money is a bit tight for me too. weve not been back long and Ive already got some new car tyres. My car is going for a service and MOT Monday-just hope nothing is wrong with it.
Shame you cant be there all weekend, however its fab that youre still coming on the Saturday...of course its ok. We're all waiting to hear the goss about your time in Florida.

Anyone bought anything new for the Girly Weekend ? I must at least go out and buy a new top Do you want to do what we did last year where we were more casual the first night, and a bit dressier the Saturday evening ? What are your thoughts on that ?

Im just waiting for my car to be serviced and MOT'd-hoping it wont cost much.

I've just checked out the menus, mmm all the food sounds delish. I'm going to try their Spanish menu, as it's a bit different

I found a new top in Debenhams, it's OK, but I was hoping to find something more party-ish. I'm not impressed with all these tops with little lace collars or *****-bows (lol, it has blanked it out, as in another name for a cat ), anywho, this is what I bought

I'm planning on wearing my new top and black jeans on the Friday evening, and a dress on the Saturday evening, though I won't be buying a new one. The next thing on my list is a couple of bottles of sparkly vino for the afternoon we arrive

Oh Rachel, don't worry about what to wear on the Saturday evening, Sue is right, wear what's comfortable, the last thing I want anyone to do is to stress about clothes, wearing a dress was just an idea, the only thing I won't forgive, is if you slip me some of that non-alcoholic wine
