Thankfully Bailey seems a lot better this morning so I think the tablets have reduced the swelling, so not much else can be done until we take her back on Monday & find out if they need to do further testing.

Hope you all feel a lot better later.
Im still not right but hopefully i'll be ok.
I spent ages in a shop yesterday and im not much of a shopper. We even had to have a half time break
I must of tried over 50 tops on yesterday Im not fully happy with what ive got but at least its better than what i had. I did find some really nice tops but the one i really liked was see through when i put it on
I am however packed

I never thought about buying nibbles, i was only going to take some tic tacs
Im going shopping after lunch so may look for something then-any preferences? Ive got 3 bottles of wine....is that enough?

I am not happy with I have to wear either, i tried on my 'old reliable good for every occasion black trousers' and I can't do the darn thing up- some things are allowed to hang out but by belly isn't one of them
Maybe I should have tried them on a little earlier than the day before. I do have my jeans and I have a flowery dress, not keen on it but hopefully it will be dark in the nightclub.

I'm pleased to say that my mum did really well this morning, and she managed to get to the hairdressers, but couldn't go too far. I think once the chiropodist has relieved the pressure on whatever hurts her foot, she'll be on the mend

Anyway, my housework is done as I didn't want to risk breaking my nails which I am off to town now to have done

Can't wait to finish work at 4.30pm and get home and get organised.

I am still not sure what to wear on Saturday so I am taking a few things and will decide on the night. Just got to fit it all in the suitcase.

Derek is ready and looking forward to seeing you all

Hope everyone is feeling better by tomorrow. Rather foolishly I decided to finish painting the garage door last night and now I have a niggle in my back but I am sure that the alcohol will numb the pain sufficiently over the weekend. I think I will mostly be bringing rum, coke and lime as my drink of choice - so that should do the trick.
