**DIS Girly Weekend 2010** ~ IT'S OVER :(

Thats good about the ressies :)

Also must update my ipod as bought some tunes from itunes yesterday :thumbsup2

Got a good selection of pop, rock, dance, 70's, 80's and 90's

I hope you've got some Black Eyed Peas on there Claire ;)

I was in a bit of a panic yesterday as I went to get my wine in Asda, and they didn't have any in .. or look like they were having anymore in  Thankfully I went to Sainsbury's today and got a couple of bottles of my fave vino

Now back to figuring out my Friday night outfit
5.gif

I was planning on bringing some pink Prosecco but that looks intriguing so just popped a bottle in my basket...

BTW are you bringing any of the disposable champers flutes, Mand?? Just noticed they do 'em at my local supermarket and wondered whether to pick some up or not...?

And I have plenty of Black Eyed Peas on my iPod... ;)

Just booked my train. I leave Reading on the 13.46 train on Friday and arrive in Southampton at 14.42 so see you all there. I'll be the one unable to walk in ridiculously high heels, although I may wear my flatties to travel in and just teeter along in the evening.

Tina

Yey :yay:

I'm just in the process of trying to jiggle some things around to see if I can come for both nights rather than just for the saturday night :thumbsup2

Wish me luck...

:wizard: Fingers crossed Beth

Yes got a few :)

Yeah !!

'I gotta feeling, woo-ooo' :dance3:

Thanks for the reminder Karen, I must check out Asda the next time I'm in there ::yes::

I've already bought a pack of 8 disposable wine glasses so will share those out. So me, you + 6 spares. :thumbsup2

Don't worry Tina, I can't wear heels (tendon problems when I was a baby) so you can cling on to me if need be. :goodvibes

My carefully considered plan is to wear heels on the Friday night (when I believe less walking is required) and flatter, comfier, wedge sandals on Saturday night... ;)

LOL, what about another t-shirt, just in case you drop something down the 'where's wally' t-shirt too :rotfl2:

Also don't forget paracetamol, Rennie and ear plugs for when I chuck Jules out of our room for snoring ;):rotfl:

I'm very pleased to hear that, what size shoes do you wear? I take it nobody's told you about my tendency to swap shoes with somebody wearing flats when my heels get too much for me :rotfl2:

I'm a size 6, or 7, depends......aka big feet. :headache: Don't worry I normally end up taking my flats off & walking home barefoot anyway. Karen will confirm this, that's assuming she can remember. :lmao:

I can remember, cheeky!!! I was just having footwear and physical problems of my own... :rolleyes1 :rotfl:

Note to self: don't bring rubbish flats that refuse to stay on feet but remember medicinal shot of vinegar to take care of inevitable hiccups... :teeth:
