HEROES! Friends niece is a body double for "the cheerleader" she says this season is very dark and violent. Lots more evil villians. She says Schyler is the nicest guy but she passed along that I just think he's creepy. Apparently he sings opera!?

And this would be different how? Agree, Schyler dude is very extra super creepy... Can she find out if it hurt when Claire cut off her toe last year? The Peter Petrelli (sp) dude is on the TODAY show right now... Can we get more inside scoop?

I KNOW, she didn't REALLY cut off her toe...but that was wild when it like flipped across the room....

You should have seen us all here, Anne. Jaws were literally dropping. DH couldnt watch the end of it, he gave up. Miami was supposed to be a given. It's almost hockey season!!!

I don't really watch many of the shows but I am excited for DWTS and Desperate Housewives. Anyone getting into 90210? I was, but I forgot to record it last week.

WHAT? It's TRUE!

Took DS to the Mon. eve. swim practice tonite...DH was mowing the yard...so I put a lasagne together & stuck it in the oven b4 we left with the timer set so all DH would have to do is remove the foil for the last 15 min. then take it out & cover it back up until we got home at 8:30. Of course, turning the oven OFF afterward was apparently optional as it was still on when I went to put dinner on the table!! It is now 9:15 and DS is still futzing at the table...not showered yet... UHHH...hello. We got 3 hours of Heroes to get thru and DH is watching Tivo'd Terminator crap. I'm tellin' ya ANY drink will do!

The HR girlie from Qiagen called me back today (DH helped me figure out the ph. #). Scheduled an interview with 3 people for Wed. from 11-1:00. She said she was emailing me docs to fill out beforehand...no email has come. Is this an omen?

No more wine for me! I poured a glass with dinner then another one before I plopped down to watch Heroes! I FELL ASLEEP AGAIN! Now I have to re-watch Heroes 'cuz I don't know WHAT all we missed! I was in & out for the whole show. We only watched the first one...so-o LALALALALALALALA 'cuz we will have to watch the 2nd one tonight!! (insert smilie with ears covered here)!

Well, finally got my confirmation email from Qiagen this afternoon...with like 5 documents attached for completion. So I spent some time this afternoon getting ready for the beeg interview tomorrow...

Where's Phyllis?

Need to go put something on some chicken for dinner...grill season is 'bout over in my book... (I don't cook in the cold or in the dark! )

Need to drink sumthin' besides wine tonight...so's I can stay awake for TV. I swear wine is like a sedative for me! zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yet another tough game tonight. Colt lost 4-0, but he did pretty good in net...only let in 1. Johnna, I think Peter needs you as an assistant coach. This team is tough.

Tell Peter I will be there on the next flight. OK no I won't. I don't coach boys. But there are some good websites he can get drills/training info from. Tell him to pick the hard ones! And play alot of 2 v. 1 - they hate it but it works really well for teaching offense to pass the ball. Also works for defense to learn to judge passes.

OK, just re-watched that first Heroes then went thru the 2nd one. It is certainly going to be a complicated season isn't it Gert?! Suresh is creepy now too... DH was wondering if there's a good Peter and a bad Peter 'cuz he got the twin thing from Nicky / Jessica (aka Tracy)? That sucks they can never kill Sylar (or however it's spelled) now too. Wonder what he did to Claire when he stuck his finger in her brain? It was like he pulled a plug or something in there. Weird. Weird. Weird.
