Annie - feeling your family reunion pain. DB has been trying to get Dads side cousins together. UGH. 10 families. They started a family page at my family dot com to make it easier for everyone to communicate. DB lets me know if I don't answer quickly enough or in enough detail. DOH. He is the worst to coordinate travel with as you may remember....
Anybody worked with the Family Gatherings at Disney before? Not sure I really wanna jump in at this point but....if it gets me to
Disneyland....

We are no longer planning an extended family vacation. I quit. I give up. Nobody would commit to anything and the booking window came on January 16. So we made our own plans w/o them. I offered Mom & Dad an alternate plan to go alone to HHI and they declined on that too. So. Oh well. I tried. WAS then thinking about trying to book a THV for summer 2010 for DH's side. But I don't know about that now either.
Here's some scoop for ya!! MIL had a colonoscopy last Fri. so we went to pick her up to take her home (well, DH drove her car & I followed so I could bring him home). Anyway, she's all like out of it & on on the ride tells DH that the new SIL is pregnant already!!
They got married T-giving weekend & he shipped out like a couple days after Xmas to spend another year in Iraq.
Supposed to be a secret yet I think....so me thinks they ain't going to WDW with us anytime soon. Dunno for sure, but doesn't sound like the best laid plan to me.
I think I would've waited on that one.

Hoping that shot holds! Shoulder has been hurting again the past few days tho...and there never was any relief on the whole tailbone thing. I tried that Lyrica stuff for only 2 nights but didn't like how it made me feel. Really woozy. Not sure who to see next about that one.
We will be going to Hawaii again in either 2011 or 2012. Depends on the timing of the new DVC opening and the new
DCL ships. Want a ride on a new boat...but we try to go to HI every 5 years, primarily spending most of our time on Maui. But the new DVC is on Oahu. The
point charts just came out for the new DL DVC for 2010 and are really, really high tho - so I am having my doubts that we can afford points for the Hawaii DVC. We may decide it's a better value to just book with cash somewhere. If they make it TOO point intensive I'd almost just rather book thru Costco for cash and stay wherever I really want. ANYWAY....got some time to obsess over that one!
You are so funny honey! We are having one of those flukey warm days of 55 today! (Here today, gone tomorrow) but I seriously had to laugh out loud as everybody up here ditches their coats and opts for just sweatshirts as that is easily 30-35 degrees warmer than what it HAS been!! Your new little coat would be PERFECT here today!! It's so funny here...people drag out their motorcycles and put the tops down on their cars as soon as it hits 50 out!
THAT's a bit much for me...but I go along with ditching the heavy coat for a day!!
