Annie - do you have a good renal specialist for when your kidneys shut down!? Seriously that sounds like alot of meds for one little body to handle.

Not yet! How long do ya think I got?! He said I my kidneys s/b OK as long as I don't go over the prescribed / recommended dose. But a couple of hours ago I started to feel like my elbow was feeling better. Probably the coritzone shot kicked in. I also had asked the pharmacist when I could start taking the Naproxen combo (telling her that I had taken a Mobic around 6:30-7:00 this am) and she said after Noon would be OK. So I started that around 1:00.

OK, gots to run...DS has a band concert at school at 7:00...had to be there at 6:00...doors open in 10 min. for the audience...

Mornin' peeps! Bumping from page 2!! Ya'll are gonna have your work cut out this weekend while I am away!! Dunno if / when I'll be checking in. We have not decided yet if we are coming back on Mon. nite or Tues. morning. Playing it by ear at this point.

I have been over on the DVC boards - I am boiling mad at the new changes they are making to the point charts for 2010!!! They are screwing a lot of people. We THOUGHT we had enough points to do this 10 n trip this summer + 5 nights next spring + 6 nights next summer with 23 points left to bank. NOW we will be short by 3 points!! I am pissed. There is no way now to do a 4 night long weekend or a 5 night weekday trip on the same number of points. They're raising the weekday points and lowering the weekend points but it's still unbalanced. The only people it will help are the FL members who can pop in for the weekend. The rest of us who need to fly and recover those costs by staying longer can no longer do that. I am really on a rant over this. I emailed DVC MS and my guide. Don't have time today to drop a "real" letter in the mail yet - maybe next week. GRRRRR!!!

OK, lots to do....it's 9:00 so must go call MS to book our VB nights! Will check in later before we head out. Trying to leave around 3-3:30 but am not packed yet!!!!

Happy birthday Colt!!

Well, I have officially lost my mind. I am still packing (clothes) and I have LOST a pair of my jeans. Gone. POOF! I put 2 pr. of jeans out in a stack of stuff yest. and I put 1 pr. on this morning after my shower and NOW that I am ready to stuff everything into the duffle bags I cannot find the 2nd pair. I am so mad. I had to take a break for a minute. Thought I'd just go ahead & say so long for now.

Everything else is pretty much in the truck already. Penne is cooked, parsley is chopped & in the cooler (which is FULL)...4 bags of groceries...ski bin...misc. boxes...boots...games, chargers, movies...I just need to finish up the clothes!

It is GORGEOUS here today! I went out to Panera Bread to get some Foccacia and to the grocery store for ice and it was about 50 degrees - everybody is out w/o their heavy coats...they were eating outside on the sidewalk tables at Panera! You'd think it was summer!! So refreshing to not be FREEZING cold! Meanwhile, looks like our forecast for the mountains this weekend is about low-mid 20's for highs all weekend long! Teens at night! Will bundle up for sure! Did I tell you that all of my bathing suits have shrunk?? I tried them on to figure out which ones to bring for the hot tub / indoor pool...no bikinis for this mama this time! That winter pooch is BACK!!

OK, DH & DS are waiting on me to finish....will check in on DH's laptop sometime this weekend if we get internet at the house!

We had the G's over last night.. they brought yummy wine and German Chocolate Cake BUT FORGOT TO TAKE IT HOME!!! CURSE THEM!!!

soo..what is everyone doing in August 2017??? Told DH I wanted a Vow Renewal at the wedding pavillion for our 10th and he has agreed!!! hahha..I guess it is easy to agree to something that is 8.5 years away!! hahahha

Checking in here too. Busy Busy! Yesterday we had 2 BBall games then at night we went to the Lowell Devils hockey game (AHL team). Our city does a night there each year, where all the schools go. We had a whopping 2 rows of families from our school. Then today we had Colt's party for his friends at school. I had 9, 8 and 9 year olds here to play the Wii. Whose bright idea was that? Actually, it turned out pretty good....and best of all its over! But so is the weekend...where the heck did that go to???

Sean, I havent stayed at either, but I would definitely choose Beach Club, if nothing else for the location. We are staying there this summer.
