Hola Fellow Peeps,

We made it to the World about 11:00am this morning, had to wait to check in and get room. But all settled in now and ready to go, but Sean Patrick is holding us up by taking a nap the nerve.... Johnna there is no need to thank us for understanding, we had a great time dining with you and your angels, Ryan cracks me up, and Linden is too funny, maybe a future comedian...

Betsy: Had a great time seeing you and loved the vow renewal, Congrats to you and Rick...


When we got in the limo Tyler was so upset that we had to leave the ship and so more crying when we got into our room, because he misses all his new friends he made on the cruise......

I hope all the other Peeps make it home safe and will check in during the week letting you know how its going down here....

Hey Peeps! Can you believe it is over??? But I'm sure you will all agree it was an awesome trip. It was so great to meet you all, and we really had a blast. Thanks so much for everything, all of you!

Unfortunately today has been the day from hell. After waiting in that crazy line to get out, we were way late for our pick up. Then the driver almost killed us on the ride. Peter literally had to scream at him "STOOOOOOP!!!". We were going probably over 60 and traffic was at a dead stop in front of us while the driver was looking out the side mirror. To boot, What was originally a 1:30 flight, got changed to 2:45, was delayed until 3:35,and guess what? Im still sitting at MCO. I guess the plane we are taking has been sitting on the tarmac at JFK since 11:00. So, Cheri (and RJ, are you there too?)if you are reading this you may have a knock on your door tonight. LOL, Cam just asked if the kids can come to gate 112 to hang out.

Well, I hope everyone is having a good rest of their trip, Johnna, hope your next trip is good (we missed you guys the last few days), Betsy, Im jealous you are home (love the pics too).

Ok, I know I said I dont want this trip to end, but this is ridiculous. Looks like our plane should be coming in within the hour and we should be on our way by 7:00/7:30, which has us home close to midnight. Yeah, this is why I booked a 1:30 flight! I think I would be better off going back on the ship.

Ophie and I made it home around 2ish and spent the next couple hours looking at the 700+ pics that she took. We certainly have lots of memories from this past 10 days.

It was great seeing/meeting you all! Did anyone else book another?

700??? You guys are good. Im reviewing my pics and realize I didnt take as many as I thought.

Would you believe Im still at MCO? We have gone from 2:45 to 3:35, to 7:00, to 7:30. Then everyone disappeared. At 8:15 we weret old 1/2 hour, yet at 9:00 they came up with 10:30. I'm pretty much beyond steamed at this point. The kicker is the 9:00 flight to Boston just went out pretty much on time.

My eyes are burning out of my head and I dont have a contact case with me. So, since I can hardly see at this point, Im going to go again. Do you think the restaurant over here can make a Tropical Depression for me?

Oh NO Katie!! I am so sorry for your delay! I would be writing a letter to JetBlue TOMORROW if they put out another flight first before yours!! Our flight out of MCO was delayed from 3:00 until about 5:00 before they boarded us then it started to rain so we sat on the runway for about 1/2 hour but finally were in the air by 5:30 I think. Then there was some more weather they had to fly around on the way & we finally got into BWI around 8:00ish. But the delays had the ground crews ALL SCREWED up. Baggage claim was a nightmare & it took an hour for the bags to come out. It was a total zoo. Nobody could tell us which belt they would use & they had like 3 flights per belt. Anyway, we finally got home around 10:30. I just cannot imagine you stuck at MCO for 12 hours! Hope you're on your way home now! We were laughing that SueEllen & Steve probably beat us home and they drove for 10 hours!!

I peeked out back to see how my plants / tomato & pond are doing. It's too dark to see much BUT it looks like whatever bug is eating my tomatoes is eating my Hibiscus plants too! I have 2 in pots on the patio & one has been totally stripped of about 90% of it's leaves!! I couldn't see much on the tomato but these storms have my cages falling over (and I had the cages staked / reinforced with other stakes).

I am not sure how many pics I took. About 250 on the new underwater camera (not sure how that bad boy will do) and 470 on my little Canon. Not so many on my SLR - only had it out on Pirate Night - probably 30-50 or so on that...so yeah, about 750 here too!

Johnna - we missed you on the 3 nighter - it REALLY went fast! Hugs to your crew! I got your photo mat signed...not sure if it's what you wanted...they did "the classics" or something so there are no princesses...but it's Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald etc. I will mail it back sometime this week once I unpack! I got stuff EVERYWHERE!! And I have to get DS up early & pack him a day bag for his next camp which starts at 9:00 AM tomorrow! I think I should go!

So, I have some good advice for everyone. Don’t ever say you don’t want to go home from vacation. Guess where I am? Yep, MCO!!! 26 hours now!!!

Finally we were told 10:30 and the crew was there and the plane was ready to go. We just needed to get new boarding passes for everyone (don’t know why). In the process of doing so, “Flight Cancelled” popped up on the girls screen. So about 11:00 PM we were officially told cancelled. It was not pretty! We managed to get on the 2:45 flight out today, however that is already delayed to 3:15. Sadly, we were some of the lucky ones. Some people are looking at Tuesday. I just went crazy on the lap top and Peter got on the phone and we tried to get anything we could. We are all ticked though because last night the early flights showed sold out and we are being told they went out this morning with empty seats. This is so messed up! We did manage to get a room at the Hyatt though. Had I known we could have some more peep fun all day instead of staring at a wall.

Annie, it sounds like you had fun too. I was saying the same thing about Sue Ellen beating us. Even we could have driven home and been there for hours by now. Well, watch the news everyone. If you hear about a riot at MCO its probably us crazy Boston people.

OMG Katie! I hope you found something to do with your contacts and that they gave you a comp room over at the Hyatt. Did you have trip insurance?! Are the other peeps still there because of flight delays too? I hope you get on that next flight and that there are no more delays! I have my fingers crossed for you!

Well, I am officially back on the Lean Cuisines (I gained 4 Lbs and Daryl gained 10!! ) I really liked being waited on and ordering "free" food 3 times a day!!

HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE I made it home before Annie and Katie!!!

We spent about an hour and a half in Savannah on the way home. Stopped off to eat at Paula Deen's restaurant, but they were full for the day, so we had lunch at another cafe near by. I think I gained almost 10 pounds on the cruise (although like Betsy, a lot of water weight too.)

Trevor was upset most of the way home too, and wants to cruise again with his friends. He did enjoy the pit stop in Savannah. We got home a little after 10pm last night (after stopping for dinner too.) We drove through a storm when we got closer to home, so I think there was some rough weather on the East Coast.

Katie--I cannot believe you were still in the airport!!! I sure hope that they comped that room for you (and if they didn't I'd be contacting the airline to get it comped!) That's outrageous, and that another flight went out first!!!

I hope everyone had a safe trip, and the pics posted look great. I didn't take nearly as many as I thought I did

Im home, Im home!!!! And it only took 29 hours of sititng in an airport! I am so bummed I didnt know where to find the peeps. We were at 82 for most of the day, then got moved to 83. What a mess! We were told they dont give hotel vouchers but you bet your your know what I am writing a letter and requesting my $170.00 for the hotel back. It was totally wrong what happend. They gave us 6 different times that we would be leaving until finally around 11:00 they cancelled it. Being in that terminal with the mob was quite interesting though. Oh and Annie, we did get out luggage back so I got my contact case. That was good but it stunk that we then had to go get the bags and lug them around the airport at midnight. We literally got in our room at 1:00 AM

Those are great pictures guys. It so nice to see them in real size and not just on the camera. And Betsy, ROFL at Rick. It took me a minute to catch on there.

I came home from Betsy & Rick's this morning. Guess what I have done all day Also went food shopping because there wasn't anything in the house to eat.
I had a wonderful time with all you peeps I already knew and glad to have new ones to get to know also
I am so sorry some of you had so much difficulty getting home or are still having problems. This is beyond understanding. Thank goodness I am scared to death to fly and don't plan to start except in an emergency. Katie, did they ever give you any reason for so much difficulty?
Johnna, thank you so much for the fish extender. I have it hanging in my office and I am using it for unpaid bills. It also serves as a reminder of what a good time I had with you all
