For all of the Dis experts, your feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have developed an initial itinerary before I go into further detail I would really like some advice. There are four of us (me, DBF, and DBF's two children YoG(11) and YoB (14). We are staying at ASMu from April 24th - May 5th. We'll have a 7 Day Park Hopper Plus. Here goes:

Thurs. April 24th - Arrive in pm. Hang out at Pool
Fri. April 25th - MK
Sat. April 26th - MGM
Sun. April 27th - Blizzard Beach. Downtown Disney in p.m
Mon. April 28th - AK
Tues. April 29th - Universal
Wed. April 30th - KSC
Thurs. May 1st - Epcot
Fri-Sun: Go back to the parks we enjoyed. And try to do everything again!!!!

Any input would help me out so much. I have been to Disney before and I'm absolutely in love with it. It has to be the best place on earth! But this is my first time organizing a trip for this length and for people who have never been there before!

Thanks in advance...

Looks good!! Have a great time! Are you planning any PS or Dinner shows or La Nouba?

These boards are great! We have a PS for Chef Mickey's Breakfast on May 4th. And I'm planning on making PS for 50's Prime Time and LeCellier for the days that we will be at the respective parks. I am really considering going to LaNouba on May 2nd but not sure about the cost. Have you been to it? Any comments?

thanks,
rhonda

La Nouba is an expensive show but IMO very worth the $.
Around $80 per person.
We had such a great time and enjoyed the show so much that we are going back (We have tickets for May 2nd as a matter of fact).

We have PS for Chef Mickey (May 1) and 50's Prime Time (May 8), Le Cellier (May 7) and a pile more.

Looks good! You have two park days, then BB, then 2, then KSC.
I would prepare the kids for Epcot, by letting them see the attractions on the official site. I think if they have the right attitude, tey will really enjoy it. I've heard that KSC is kidn of boring, so I would do ,more research on that. Also, I would recommend that you get two rooms. I think that for that long you will feel very cramped. have fun!

Looks pretty good. The only thing I might change is your day at KSC. I'm not saying the kids won't like it...my 12 yo sister loves it, but I just don't think it's an all day thing. I would go to KSC when it opens, stay until you're bored, then hit Cocoa Beach and Ron Jon's...that's what we've done before, and it works out great.
OR, spend two days at universal instead. One at IOA and one at Univ. Studios.

Are you planning on taking advantage of early entry days?

You should think about it because it really makes a big difference in what you can do.

If you do early entry then a break to go to the pool in the early afternoon is really good. Then you can go to a differnt park in the evening with a PS it makes the day very relaxing.

I agree with Plan Man. If you're early risers, take advantage of early entry particularly at the Magic Kingdom and then park hop to another park later in the day. We find the change and the chance to take a break helps us feel rested. You might also find that Animal Kingdom is not a whole day park like we did. We particularly enjoy going to Epcot at night or to the Magic Kingdom if it's open late. And don't forget to plan around any parades/fireworks/shows you may wish to see. They won't necessarily be showing every day.

Also, you do only show one day for Universal. If you stick to this, make sure you know which Universal park you want to see on this trip. Trying to do both would be a lot. I recommend dining somewhere in City Walk when you go.

Thanks for all of your feedback I really appreciate it. These boards make it alot easier to plan!
