Well the start of another week everyone.

There were lots of you doing your bit last week which was really great.

I am much better this week so its a run after work for me today, gym before work tomorrow, Wed - yet to be decided, Thursday - hill session with the triathlon club and a gym session on Friday.
As long as I dont drink too much on Friday night at a leaving do I will hopefully join the clubs bike session on Saturday morning.

My tip for this week - try to increase and decrease your intensity during one training session to increase and decrease your heart rate - this aids recovery and weight loss.

Good luck everyone - and I look forward to some new members this week maybe?

Went to the gym tonight to start my new program and it was manic! Couldn't get on any equipment, so will have to go tmorrow night now!

Mondays always seems to be busy - must be folks feeling guilty about the weekend binges lol

so far this week I have played 120 mins of badminton, being for an hours walk,

hoping to do a couple of aerobics classes and more walking this week :goodvibes

umm i really need to do this

Hi Sarah - a half hour walk 3 times a week is a good start - you know you want to!!:rolleyes1

It is such a pain when u go to the gym with a routine set in your mind & when u get there there is no chance of doing it - I hate it when that happens!:headache:

Keep it up Racchel - good work:goodvibes

My lungs are nearly better from my cold so I had a lovely 45 min run along the seafront yesterday lunchtime & an hour on circuits in the gym tonight.
Am meeting 2 of my work friends for a run at 7am :scared1: tomorrow, hill training on thurs night then not quite sure for Friday.
If I dont drink too much fri night it's an outdoor bike ride sat am or if that fails a group run sun am :thumbsup2.

Let's keep it up everyone :thumbsup2

I've only had 2 zumba sessions this week (Monday & Tuesday evening) and I'll miss Fridays due to a rather boozy weekend celebrating Jules's 40th birthday :dance3:

Back to 3 sessions next week though, as I have to get prepared for our 3 hour zumbathon for charity in May :thumbsup2

In the gym tonight (much better - only 2 people in :) ), and started the new program - it's about killed me off

Zumba for me tonight, it'll be my first thing all week though, which is unusual for me, but I've had other things on so far this week.

Then I'm thinking I'll most certainly do legs, bums and tums on Thursday night and then I'll swim and have a sauna to finish of the week on Friday :thumbsup2 Oh, and I'd better fit in a jog over the weekend too

7 miles for me this morning!!!!!!!

Wemt with my sgt - We had only planned 4-5 miles but I hadn't realised quite far the route was!!! We both got bored half way round..... But the only thing we could do was carry on :rotfl:

just got back from another 60 min walk with hubby :thumbsup2

What's everyone been unto this week?

Did my hour hills training on Thursday night so had a rest day yesterday.

Lots of household & garden chores today & I think we'll be out on our bikes for a couple of hours tomorrow.

The weather is supposed to be great this weekend - the perfect excuse for a lovely long walk for everyone............

I was due to start my new program at the gym on Monday but it was absolutely packed! So I went back on Tuesday and then did Wednesday and Friday.

New program is much harder, especially the resistance exercises. All the weights have been increased.

Managed to knock another secong off my 1km row on Friday though :)

looking forward to my Sunday morning session now :)

Hubby and I did an 8 mile walk in the country today, only problem is we ended up in the pub..oops
