DIS EXERCISE GROUP - w/c 18/4 - lets get moving....

Well its the final push towards Easter - every extra 10 minutes of exercise will give you about one bite of an Easter Egg - how many extra bites can we earn before the weekend?

I did a 4 miler this morning
Tues - gym session
Wed - Run session
Thurs - running club
Fri/Sat/Sun - who knows as my DS is home from the US for a couple of days before he goes back to uni.
I should drag him out with me :rotfl:

Tip for this week - DONT GIVE UP!! Its the effort you put in when you start getting tired that makes the difference.

I am gutted that due to the school holidays our zumba class has had to find a different location and it's only on tonight and tomorrow night .. next week is even worse as there's only a session on Tuesday. Thankfully there won't be any Easter Eggs in the house to tempt me, so that should help :)

Its such a pain when they have to move locations due to the holidays - do you think you will stick to the "no easter eggs" plan? We have the inlaws down and they are bound to bring one each....:rotfl:

I did 45 mins on the spin bike this morning and will probably ignore the house is a tip and go for a lovely walk later :thumbsup2

5.5miles run this morning - that was at 0700hrs and boy was it hot!!

But I am still eating too much!!

Zumba for me tonight :) It was HOT in that room!

I missed aerobics on Monday, was far too tired and fell asleep once I got in from work :scared1:

I have a double class tomorrow though. Legs, bums and tums and then aqua-aerobics straight afterwards :)

I really need to go out jogging on Friday AM too :thumbsup2

Yes its really hot when exercising at the moment.

We did a quick 25 minute 2.5 mile run this morning at 730 and it was baking hot!

Not sure what I'll manage this weekend. Off to London on Saturday to take DS half way home to Norwich and then the in-laws on Sun and Mon.
I might have to go on a 2-3 hour run for some breathing space :rotfl::rotfl:
