How is everyone doing this week?

What are you plans for this week?

Started with an early morning run this morning before work (have roped my work colleagues into running too!!!).
Not sure about the rest of the week - but I will be doing something every day.

Tip of the week - well there are 2 this week...
1)the harder you work, the more rest you must have. Recovery is just as important as training.
2) half an hour a day is better than no half an hour a day - use this lovely weather we have been having and the lighter evenings to build up an appetite for dinner with a lovely walk.

Good luck everyone.

Katie

I am off for the next two weeks as its easter holidays so I am going to try and fit more excercise into my days, not sure what yet Probably long walks and aerobics as I dont like being stuck in the gym when the weather is nice.

have a good week everybody :thumbsup2

Hello, can I pls join this group? I certainly need to!

Until recently I was doing really well at the gym but then 3 weeks ago I had lots of deadlines at work and then last week I had a cold and now I'm finding it hard to find the motivation to go. :sad2:

So as I'm now on Easter holidays my plan is to get back to the gym, go swimming in the outdoor pool when the weather is nice and also try to go jogging with the dog who has got a little bit chubby lately!

I am back to 3 sessions of Zumba this week :yay: and as the zumbathon is getting closer, our instructor has been adding 20/30 minutes to the sessions for free :)

Bring it on !!

today I have worked out for 60 mins with Davina and been for an hours walk :goodvibes

Where is every this week? Must be that easter holiday feeling.....

Mind you I have been sooo busy at work this week.

60 min walk with DH tues night
7 mile run Wed am

Nothing today as I am sooooo tired but a gym session tmrw before work awaits

Lets keep going this week to make room for all that Easter chocolate next week :rolleyes1

I did 60 mins with rosemary connelly today and a 40 min walk

I've failed in my quest to go for a jog so far this week...:headache:

I have though, been to aerobics on Monday, walked the Trafford Centre (;)) on Tuesday night, Zumba'd Wednesday night and got back from Legs, Bums and Tums about an hour ago tonight.

I may have tomorrow off and see if I can get out for a jog on Saturday morning!

Oops...forgot my tip - not a very good one, but, even when you're doing housework you're burning calories, so get up there and get that hoovering completed, polishing around and cleaning those windows! It all helps!! :)

I have walked 6 miles today :goodvibes

Just back from the gym :)

Slightly improved on my 1km row time. Now down to 4 mins 28.3 seconds.

Joining in a bit late in the week but just found this thread. This week I have done a 3.3 mile run on Thursday and a 5.5 mile run today.
