How is everyone doing this week?
What are you plans for this week?
Started with an early morning run this morning before work (have roped my work colleagues into running too!!!).
Not sure about the rest of the week - but I will be doing something every day.
Tip of the week - well there are 2 this week...
1)the harder you work, the more rest you must have. Recovery is just as important as training.
2) half an hour a day is better than no half an hour a day - use this lovely weather we have been having and the lighter evenings to build up an appetite for dinner with a lovely walk.

and as the zumbathon is getting closer, our instructor has been adding 20/30 minutes to the sessions for free 




) on Tuesday night, Zumba'd Wednesday night and got back from Legs, Bums and Tums about an hour ago tonight.
