Morning all
Along with our dieting it's important that we fit some exercise into our week.
I always find it more motivating if I do it with a friend..... So here we are!!!
Why not post your daily or weekly plans as well as any tips you think others might find useful and by the summer really arrives hopefully we'll all be a bit thinner and loads fitter

Even if you can only fit in 20 minutes it all counts!!
I a bit poorly with a chesty cough so no exercise plans for me for a couple of days. I have been working to improving my times for a duathlon next Sunday but right now I can't breathe without coughing so am just going to see how I get on this week
So come on and join in - you'll love it!!!

My tip for this week is - if you have a ladies/gents up or down a floor where you work "use the stairs" for a little extra exercise
