The unleaded are not the same are they... but when I am working around here the summer I will go get a slurpee and pretend... if it is after hours I will put the lead in it. The magic however is just not same as it will be on May 6th

HAHA...I haven't thought of doing this in years. This totally brings me back to my college days--we used to do that all the time.

I did have just a regular slurpee over the weekend when it was on the warmer side and all I could think of was, man this would be soo much better if it were a OGM slushie

HAHAHA I did the same thing on Friday... I went and picked up a cherry slurpee and thought the same thing.. not OMG but patience will prevail. Yesterday afternoon DH and I grilled out marinated lambs chops opened a bottle of Cab turned on Dis radio and pretended we were at F&W. It was an almost moment , but somehow just not quite the same. I even have a red umbrella and table like the one outside of the wine market in Italy. JUST 25 MORE DAYS

I wish today were Saturday... 83 degrees by this afternoon. I think my pretend F&W may have been more believable.

32 more days!!! I am doing my spring in WDW shopping. I am going to try doing the sundress thing this year, I was reading a thread and they were saying it is warmer than usual this spring , a sundress is breezy and not confining and sticky. I wore one a year or so back in November but the humid heat was not a factor.

I am too!! I found a few at Target and Old Navy, and I have my trusty favorite from Typhoon Lagoon and a new one I got in DHS in March. I wasn't looking to spend on really pretty nice ones because I'll have ice cream, slushy, grease from a ride, some kid's gum and who knows what else all over it The only day in March that I was super comfy was the day I had my dress on. I got some cheap bike shorts at Walmart too so I don't flash or chafe Not sure which would be worse!!

I want to get a couple more. I bought three pair of shorts , a pair of sandals and I need a couple of tee shirts to go with the shorts. When we were there this past June I had a pair of denim capris ( above the knee) and my goodness they were HOOOOT! I was pouring sweat and I am not a sweaty person even when I work out. I am excited about the sundresses , especially since the long one are in style and will be great in the evening. I f I keep shopping however DH is going to

Flash or Chafe which is worst , but to be chafed and flash

I have done that, and then I think what do I still need ( DH and I travel with 4 siutcases, 2 large/2medium ( one medium shoes/ one hygiene products) to be checked and 2 carry on bags only one has to be stowed in the above cabinet )and start online shopping again Every trip I try to pack on the things I will wear and use , and then I remember The one trip I did and I wished I had the things I left behind. I have gotten better with the shoe bag so that saves weight and space for shopping in WDW...... I am really starting to think as I write this I may have some issues I am not the only one however in this house that does the same ( no shopping for DH himself, I do that for him ) I have to start my packing the weekend of Easter so I can make sure everything weighs 50 or less lbs and that I am not missing somethingOh the my goodness here I go......I am having so much fun.

I have done almost all of my shopping, I have to it online unless I gat a free weekend day , my fury kids keep me busy. I am going shopping and to lunch with my mother this Sunday for some tees and flat sandals..possible some jeans ( I am afraid to try on last years to to some expanding in the rear and sides) I also want to find a few things for DH.
I think I am also going to get my LMGEs done today, it is rainy today... so good project.

The same thing happens to me , I always end of finding great things for everyone else. I can never seem to find but maybe one thing for me. I have a a bad habit of mentally seeing what I want in my mind , but can never find it in the mall .

Glad you found a dress! I left with a few (maybe more than a few)... I so rarely shop, that when I do go, and actually find stuff I like I go nuts. Plus, our kids are all of the animal variety and don't wear clothes

That is what DH and I love about our furry kids... NO CLOTHING, NO CARS, NO COLLEGE , NO WEDDINGS !

I went crazy with the online shopping , I still need to find classic brown leather flat sandals, a couple of tees white ( I have probably 5 that I now have to use as my kennel cleaning clothing, I always end up with something on the front of my white tee shirt) and navy blue.

I think if I get a moment I am going to try with the designated outfit for the day and evening . It is so hard to pack I feel like I am forgetting something that i will desperately need ( More like want ). Well I going to give it a shot I am all ready laughing at myself for DH now.

Well my surprise anniversary trip just got busted when my wife opened our magical express mail while I was at work I was afraid of that but I'm glad its out of the bag really. We are flying down on the 8th so no slushies for us but I am excited about the scavenger hunt. This is our 1st trip to disney without our daughter since our honeymoon can't wait......

It is nice to have time sans kids , but I still miss them and ours are grown. It is always "OH! DD would love doing this" or "DS would want this".Now it is " OOOOHHH DH I want this" hahaha and DH is but I he loves me so I get spoiled, we are on vacation .. right?!

They are having a scavenger hunt May 12th and 13th I believe it is open to everyone but you get a special rate if you are a D23 member it covers all 4 parks with I believe a cruise on the new ship to the winners. It is teams of 2-4 you can find the info on the D23 website you don't have to be a member to view the stuff.
It will be nice without our daughter because if we just want to get a drink and watch people walk by we won't hear come on I want to ride tower of terror again for the 25th time LOL
