STEAKHOUSE 55 - I don't have the words to express the amazing experience that my husband planned for us. I regret I did not take photos of the amazing food and wine we enjoyed..but let's just say we were barely walking afterwards.
Trader Sam's - This is now a MUST do on every trip from now on. I had numerous drinks - pretty much sampled most the menu along with the pulled pork bbq flatbread..NOM NOM. Loved the atmosphere and forgot we were even in California for awhile !
Glad you had such a great time. Steakhouse 55 and Trader Sam's are two places I have not been, so glad to hear glowing reviews.
I might be interested as well.... Of course my AP is blocked on Saturdays, but any other day is good! LOL
I will have to check out my blockout dates too, but it will be during the week. Kid leaves Sunday and comes back on Saturday. Ugh...hated typing that out.
My son rode a mechanical bull today.
And how many kids can say that? I, too, have riden a mechanical bull, and was actually fairly good at it, all those years of riding horses bareback gave me some balance.

Hubby has a job interview at 1PM (CA time) tomorrow. Happy job thoughts appreciated...
Tuesday morning is registration for my annual Stampin Up Convention. It's their 25th anniversary and looks like it's going to be a MAJOR party. So I'll be up early (for me) Tuesday morning. Lately I've been staying up till 1 or 2 AM and sleeping till 8:30 or 9. Tuesday I need to be up at about 6:30 to start signing up for stuff. Should be interesting. LOL
Woo hoo Lisa. Hope the interview went well. And wowsie, the Stampin Up convention should be a blast for you. How many years have you gone?
Hey, Amy, I'll be happy to help with pub crawl research and I have the perfect shirt. (I really do!)
Hope you post the dates - or is this research a 'private tasting'?
Awesome Chris, an orange shirt? You most totally rock, Duuuuuuuuude.
Of course the research is private, helllllllloooooooooo.....it will be a competition. So no peeking when we are scribbling in our notebooks, okay?

I saw Oz yesterday and I really liked it.
I liked Oz too,but was a little disappointed. I thought it would be amazing and spellbinding, and it was "good". My expectations were a bit too high.
Thanks ladies.

I think it could be a lot of fun. The lesson went really well, everyone had fun and I taught for about an hour. It was a positive experience for sure.
That is great. I am sure the class attendees had fun too.
I am still trying to get my heart and mind around the tragedy in Boston yesterday. It is kind of making any of my petty stuff seem, even more petty.
It is grey and chilly for San Diego today which makes me super de duper happy. Thinking about playing hooky this week and going to DL. DD is finding out today if she has tests on Thursday. Tomorrow was out due to the excitement of a brain specialist coming to talk to her science class. Woo hoo, neurologist vs. DL. The neurologists win.
Hmmm...maybe there is a she is going to math and science camp this summer, huh?
Have a divine Tuesday girly girls!!!
