DIS Digi-Scrapping Challenge #32 (11/19-11/25)

HELLO DIS DIGI SCRAPPERS!! It's my turn again to host a challenge! I'm super excited!

I decided to use today's date as the jumping off point for our challenge. So - since today is 11/19/08, your LO must include the following things:

1 or more red elements or papers. So something red on your page.
1 of your photos (and ONLY 1) must be tilted. The rest (if you have more than 1 photo) must be straight!
1 or more ribbons.
9 repeated elements of some sort.
0 flowers allowed!
8 words of journaling or more. NO LESS!

And as always, for these challenges, your LO also needs to be Disney related in some way.

Get your LOs in before midnight on Tuesday, 11/25!

I'll be picking my favorite LO, and 1 random LO and those lucky scrappers will win a $5.00 GC to my shop!

OK, after months of lurking on these challenges, I am ready to participate. I have just finished my LO and will have to wait to post until I get home tonight after church. For some reason, my employer seems to think all the photo sites aren't necessary for work! It sure does put a kink in my scrapping during the day!

I can't believe I finished so fast this week! Between this and Christy's Template challenge at SM, once I decided what to scrap, it just came together so quickly! Something still isn't right, but I can't put my finger on it yet. My pictures aren't the best on this LO. It's hard enough taking pics of fireworks, but taking them through a window, from a distance, these pics weren't going to compare with my other fireworks pics, and I'm ok with that, lol!

There are 9 stars. Eight around the firework under the journaling, and the 9th is the dot for the i in the title.

Oh, flibberty jibbet. I just worked and worked on a layout and can't get nine repeated elements in it in a way I like it. Back to the drawing board...but I'm running low on photos from our trip to scrap. Hard to believe, but next trip, I'm taking MORE photos. I clearly didn't photograph enough this last time.

Robin - your LO convinces me that I want to go to B&C next time I'm down there. That looks great and the colors you used are just perfect for it!

BriarRose - love the color you chose for the background paper. It's kind of retro (at least to me it is) and really fits with Disneyland
