I also decided to weigh in day early this week as I just know there's going to be a gain next week with tomorrow being my 40th! I can't believe I've lost 2 1/4 lbs this week that's me 2 1/4 under my original goal ....honestly if you'd have seen me I was doing this.....:dance3::cool1::banana::yay:.......:lmao:

Got to agree with Karen .....cheers to Nat for this thread it's a great support to me too as I don't attend classes either :thumbsup2

I forgot to say that I couldn't go to my weigh in this morning as I am unble to leave my dog at home alone following his operation. It has once again been a worrying week for me but I have tried to stay on it so hopefully I will have a good loss next week.

Decided to weigh-in a day earlier this week as my DH and I are off out later for a day in the West End which will most certainly include a 3 course lunch and wine!!! ;) :thumbsup2 :cloud9:

So, I'm pleased to report that this week I have lost 1.5lbs so am now 0.5lb under goal!!! :cool1:

PS: I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this thread - I don't attend classes or anything like that so posting here really gives me a focus. I'm now at a weight that I'm happy with and feel great - this thread has been a big part of that. So a huge thank you to Nat for keeping it going... :hug:

Well i lost only 1/2 lb this wk, i know why - i didnt fill out a food diary.. so pen to paper this week,
I will catch up later with this thread when i have more time, i'm on my way to see my mum in Conwy in a min!
 
Reducing weight means burning deposited calories in the body. By joining gym and doing exercise continuously weight can be reduced. These exercises increase the rate of metabolic activities and in-turn helps in reduction of the weight in short period of time.
 
STS this week, I am keeping up with the gym and watching what I am eating but nothing lost this week. Hoping for better next week. Good luck to all those to weigh in.

Well 2 weeks since I weighed in, I missed last week as we were away camping. Well the good news is that I lost 5lbs over the 2 weeks, looks like the new exercise regime is paying off. Here's hoping for another loss next week. Well done to those who lost or STS and good luck to those of you still to weigh in.

This week was the first week where I've actually put weight on. Only 1 and a half lb, but it's still a bit disheartening. I've done everything the same as the last 5 weeks, and have even done more exercise than normal this week so I'm just hoping it's an anomaly. :confused3

Well done on a loss! It definitely makes a difference when you "write as you bite". It especially makes me think about what I eat that day, when I look back and see that I've hardly any fruit or veg some days. Naughty me! :rotfl:

bit behind on this thread as it took me a while to catch up after being without my laptop.
after a couple of bad weeks (gained 2 then gained 3) im pleased to say ive managed to lose 3 this week. :cool1: got a few celebrations coming up, so will have to try and plan around them.

1lb off for me this week so pleased with that. I've got to work away on and off for 3 weeks now so not sure how I'll find that but fingers crossed. I'm also going to london this weekend so that another blow out. :scared1:
