I weighed in 2lb less last night, so I'm now 19lb less of a man than I was 8 weeks ago!

I only lost half a pound today, and with half-term approaching I don't have high hopes for the next couple of weeks

After a weekend of over indulgence I have put on 1lb :blush: so I am 1lb under my happy weight and need to lose 2lbs to reach my holiday weight..

Just realised that I didn't post on Tuesday......probably because I was so angry with myself. :headache: I put on 2lbs this week which is the first time i've gained since I started...
Don't be too hard on yourself, Claire - like I said I'm sure it was just all the stress of the past few weeks catching up with you... Have a fab week, mate!!! :grouphug:

Well I weighed in yesterdya morning and have lost another 2lbs. Probably put some of that back on last night when I splurged on a Chicken Parmesan (gorgeous). I still feel (for the want of a better word) fat but I feel it in smaller clothes and with my belt tighter so things are going good. I can't believe I have got this far, I am now lighter then I can ever remember being and a lot of that is the fact that I come here and post. I am now 6lb away from my initial goal and hope to get there soon, my next goal is to get my BMI below 25 but that will have to wait for now.
That's great news, Steve and it must be a brilliant feeling to be so near your goal... :yay: :woohoo: :yay: The very best of luck getting there and and beyond... :shamrock:
 
I've been a bit distracted and forgot to weigh-in on Friday so did it this morning - never a good idea as I tend to er.. "enjoy" my weekends IYKWIM!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Anyway, I've gained 1.5lbs (knew yesterday's McDonalds Miami Melt was a bad idea!!! :headache: ) so will be trying to stick to the straight and narrow over the remaining few days before our hols... However, it's my youngest's 17th birthday today so we're having a BBQ and cake later - wish me luck!!! :rolleyes1

Oops, hopefully it'll be a case of 'quickly on and quickly off;)
