Morning everyone got weighed this morning and i have lost 2lb =) so im very happy as i have reached my mini goal :cool1:

After my boozy weekend and my pig out at the Chinese all you can eat buffet last night, I'm chuffed that I have only put on 1lb :)

I lost a 1lb so I have 2.5lb , however I am going to increase it to 5lb as I am nowhere near fitting into the trousers that I wore before I started uni and my aim when starting this was to get back to that size.

I am not sure about my hair,Its a nice cut however I think it makes my face look fatter, one of the reason I had long hair was to try and hide my horrid round shape face. My face is all red and blothy because I have had a cold and so I look horrid anyway and I am going out tonight! I think I am going to go to the shops to buy a nice top now. I am having a bad self image week.:mad:

Don't be too hard on yourself,everyone has 'off' days,go out and have a good time and stop worrying, bet you look lovely:hug:

well i have surpassed myself this week- my 2 dd's had a macdonalds yesterday in the car after our shopping trip and i never had any, then today dd bought a big bag of chocolates and ate some of them in the car while i was driving, and i never had one :scared: just hope i can keep this up over the weekend....

I was very shocked as I had quite a bad week, the week before however I was really good but only lost a pound :confused3

I indulged quite a bit - McDonalds breakfast on Saturday morning; hot cross buns in the afternoon and crisps in the evening!!! Yesterday I behaved better - we went out for a delicious lunch of Spanish tapas and I resisted dessert tho' I scoffed quite a few Haribo Starmix in the evening... :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: Gotta be an angel for the rest of the week now... :angel::angel::angel:
