Morning everyone, I've just weighed in and I have put on 1 lb , which isn't so bad, cos after my weekend of eating and drinking in Manchester at the weekend, I had actually put on 3lb when I weighed myself on Tuesday
So, I'm back on track and I hope to lose that 1lb for next week

JUst wanted to pop back on to say well done to everyone who has stayed the same or lost this week. I misse3d quite a few of the posts bacuase I've had a very hetic end to the week so I'm sorry not to be congratulating each one of you personally.
