I need to plan out my meals and that way i know what im doing.
im going to enjoy my night out on friday with other half, with 4 kids we dont get out much.
then thats it i have got to stick to it and lose the weight for my holiday next july.
im a really impatient person and need to understand that slow and steady weight loss is much better and stays off.
if anyone has any tips or advice that would be great.

i did one of these liquid only diets and lost 5 stone in just over 4 months, but i have managed to gain back 2 stone in the last 17 months.planning is the best wayas is recording EVERYTHING you eat
its important to remember how long it takes to put weight on as well, there are no quick fixes but a slow and steady weight loss will help change your bad eating habits

i havn't counted ww points for about 3 months but my weight is relativly steady because im still following the plan more or less

No point joining now as the scale keeps going up slowly for me (for a good reason though!) but i'm looking forward to joining soon!
