Dis Dieters, week beginning 2nd June 08

Hey all.
Well I told you I had fallen off the wagon - it's been 5 weeks since I went to WW for my weigh in and Monday night I had put on 5lbs!!! I am so upset but I know it's my own fault. I have also got "that time" right now so I am attributing a couple of lbs to that hopefully. I am back on my counting every point that goes in my mouth so I am aiming for a 3lb loss at least this week.

went for my official wi today and lost 4lb in 10days.
its ok, but i have been uped to 1000cal per day to see if loss increases with more calories, she thinks i am in stravation mode.
we ll have to see how that works.

I know on WW you are told to eat your points or your body starts to starve and the weight loss slows right down :)

the cambridge diet, it takes you down to 550 cal per dy. and puts you into ketosis. av weight loss is a 1lb a day.

it is very hard, but removing food (its meal repacements) has been easier for me than doing ww. i am nearing my 50lb loss, but have stuck at 45lb, i need to lose 5lb more but keep eating junk and its not happening....
i put weight on (on her scales anyway) sothis 4lb was a shock lol.
it does work, a girl i work with has lost 7 and a half stone on CD and she looks fantastic.
you have to buy it from a CD supplier and they will only sell it to you if you have a high BMI as mine is now 26 i think thta is also why she is starting to up my calories, all this has been done so i can reasonably enjoy the free ddp when we go in 10 weeks, the things we do for WDW:rotfl2:

4lb is great. I bet stepping up to 1000 will work-what were you on before-sounds like starvation to me :rotfl2:

I didn't go to my weigh in last night as it was my mum's birthday so we all went round to see her.

As you may know I got back Monday night from 9 days in Marbella...I weighed in at home before I went and I weighed myself on Tuesday and am pleased to say I only put on 2.5lbs. ::yes::

I am pleased with this as I drank loads of wine and ate out everyday. I have been back on it today and am going to try really hard as I only have one weigh in (next weds) before I am off to DLRP for my birthday. :cool1:

i'll be happy to even stay the same for next weeks weigh in, badly fell off the diet bandwagon yesterday (large double decker milkshake, 4 rather large glasses of baileys and the rest of the tub of ben and jerrys in the freezer).
hope it hasnt messed it up too much. back on it today though, feeling bad for letting myself down, was proud that i was doing so well up til then. now just praying for sts

I am delighted as I enjoyed an extended 3 day weekend of burgers, atomic fries, Krispy Kremes, thick malty shakes, more burgers, birthday cake and oh did I mention the Krispy Kremes?!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:
