I somehow lost a pound this week, not sure how as ate so much junk food its unbelievable!

well I would really love / need to lose about 2 stone :wizard: :wizard: by our holiday this Oct
I have never been this heavy in my life :scared1:
so far i'll started swimming and going to the gym at least 4 times a week and trying to cut down on the goodie food
have started back at yoga once a week too

so how does it work here :confused3

I have lost another 1lb this week and I am very happy with that - it was that time of the month where every chocolate bar had my name on it and I managed to resist - a miricle in itself :rotfl: I must be in the zone!!!!
