Finished my first WW week on tuesday and I lost 5 pounds.
It's very motivating for me. I know it's common to lose quite a bit the first week but if I can consistently lose one to two pounds a week I'll be very happy.
I got myself the Wii Fit yesterday and I love it. It's a long time since I did any real exercise so I was nearly on the floor panting and sweating last night.
But it's brilliant - I love the step exercises.
The Yoga was tough.
