Dis Dieters, week beginning 28th April 08

I have lost 2lb this week:woohoo: I have started to play badmington again with dh and this really seems to be helping, even though he thrashes me every time:rotfl:

I've lost 1.5lb this week, pretty happy with that considering that DH and I had a 3 course curry with naan bread and 2 glasses of wine each on Thursday :eek:

This week I'm going to take the advice that my consultant gave the class and treat this like my first week, write everything down and weigh everything.

Completely over did it tonight but I did the slalom in 25 seconds :cool1:

I can really feel it and the best thing is neither DH or I have sat down tonight and watched tv as normal :) Its got to be good for you

HAHA....It's addictive, I was doing the step aerobics until 1.30am last night!! :scared1: It's the only one that I can beat my DH on! Boy do my legs feel it this morning!
