well done girls for last week!!
I won't be around on here this week or weighing in.
I am in too much pain to even sit here or walk,let alone drive. nearly called the ambulance out in the night as i couldnt stand the pain anymore.

Well I weighed in today and have lost 5lbs this week. I have been super good, but I fail to understand how I can not lose anything for two weeks and then the next two weeks lose 8lbs. It's weird, but I can see light at the end of the tunnel as my hols are approaching fast and although I won't have lost all of my weight I'll definitely be 3 stone lighted than the last time I visited the mouse.

That's a fab result! :thumbsup2 I can't remember if you've said what kind of diet you're doing, but would you mind letting me know - I need all the tips I can get at the moment... ;)
 
Basically I've cut out bread completely which is sooooo hard. I have oats for breakfast mixed with water. Then chicken tikka with salad and a natural yogurt dressing for lunch. The nfor dinner I have meat and veg. Occasionally I have a cadburys creme egg as sometimes the hormones take over my mind and I am powerless to resist!

I'm hopeless at the moment tho' - just no willpower whatsoever. :sad2: My DH is home this week AND DS is back for the Easter hols tomorrow so it's going to be tough for a while... :rolleyes:
 
I have sts again this week :mad: ,I am really frustrated I have been excercising for 45 mins 6 days a week and sticking to my low fat eating.
I even turned down Dh birthday cake :confused3

It is so annoying when the scales wont budge:sad2:

:hug: I can sympathise with you there Rachel, but well done with STS anyway, and I am sure that if you keep up the good work, it is going to show on your scales soon enough - are you noticing a difference when you put your clothes on ? cos although my weight hasn't changed, my clothes are getting looser

Thanks mandy, yes my clothes sre definatley looser and I can fit into some clothes I couldnt a few weeks ago Just seems a long hard slog sometimes when those scales wont move:goodvibes
