Decided to weigh myself today (rather than tomorrow) and I'm happy to report that I've lost 2lbs this week!

I stayed the same this week. TBH, I am reasonably pleased with that as I haven't been that good at all.

Well.......... it's not the same as Carol's anyway !!

Just calorie counting keeping my count to under 800 a day during the week to allow for going over a bit at the weekends.

Off to Glasgow to meet Ali and Paul this weekend, so be prepared for a gain next week !
