Im a big fan of WW too and so far im getting on really well with the new pro points.
I get weighed in at meetings but do the monthly pass so i have everything online too. I find reading other peoples stories are good for motivation!

The best bit for me is the little IPhone App - it means i can track what i eat when i eat it so no chance for me to sneak snacks.

Loss so far = 13lbs, lost another 3lbs this week so total loss is 16lbs :)

Ive now put a photo on the fridge of me in Sept in WDW as motivation! II dont want to look like that on my Western cruise in Oct!

Good Luck to everyone that has yet to weigh in! And well done to everyone who has STS or lost this week!

:yay: Well done on losing 3lbs this week Laura, that's a great total loss so far, well done :)

Just back from WW - nearly didn't make it as was asked to stand in for sick TA on a school trip today which got back late - not a real sacrifice as they were going to see the Lion King!

Anyway Loss so far 11 lbs Loss tonight 3lbs total of 1 stone!

(I wish my clothes would start to look baggy - but at least they don't dig in any more LOL!)

Well done everyone:cool1:

I put on 2lb this week.....gutted:scared1:.....but not surprised, DD's Birthday meal last friday, mine on Sat and then DD's party on Sunday.....oh and a chinese....Not good, but MUST do better this week:rolleyes1

Well, it was back to the Rosemary Conely class for me tonight, after a week off last week due to exams.

At class this week, I had lost 4lb - over two weeks :) I would have expected a little more as I've done more exercise and stuck to the diet but nevermind. Maybe next week :goodvibes

I have attended this class for 3 weeks, and my loss so far is 10lb. Very happy!

Good luck for the rest week everyone!

Don't be down - an average of 2lb a week is very healthy and gives you more chance of keeping it off in the long term. :thumbsup2

It sounds like you've had a fun week Sam, it really won't hurt to have a week off :wizard: Good luck at getting back on track and for your weigh-in next week

:yay: Well done Beth, losing 10lbs over 3 weeks is brilliant :yay:

I am very disappointed to have STS this week. I was convinced that I had lost a pound, but when I went to check my notes, it was the same pound I had lost last week :rolleyes1

So my vital statistics are - 7lbs + STS = - 7lbs

:wizard: Good luck to us all for next weeks weigh-ins :wizard:

I am frustrated again this week as I have sts, have an appointment with a gym instructor today to help me change my excersise routine and push me a bit harder, so hope that helps.

LSF = 8lbs + sts

well done to everybody this week and good luck for next week :thumbsup2

It really is very frustrating Rachel, I have eaten properly this week and I've done two zumba classes, so I was disappointed to have STS. I hope your gym instructor can give you some good advice later

:woohoo: Well done on STS hun :wizard: and good luck for a loss next week

It is really hard when you work so hard all week and then the scales refuse to budge! I really struggled with this last time and found myself giving up.

I was told to change what exercise i do to prevent my body getting used to anything. The first week i went for lots of long walks with my daughter (helps pushing a buggy), the next week i did 30mins a day on the Wii, this week ive been doing a cardio work out dvd (well some of it coz im too unfit to complete it lol). So far it seems to be working well for me.

Last time i also found i got stuck in a rut with what i ate. It would be porridge for breakfast, salad or soup for lunch and chicken or fish with a jacket potato for dinner. This time i have spent ages looking through the Weight Watchers site for inspiration on what to have for lunches and dinners and have found some really yummy dishes that are low in points.

I think ive been doing better this time as im not so fed up with doing and eating the same things every day.

Fingers crossed for a loss next week :)

Drum roll please....................................................

I've lost 1/2lb :lmao:

Still I suppose it better off than on!

LSF -22.5lbs, this week -1/2lb = -23lbs

This is the first week since Christmas that I don't have any nights out so really hoping for a full pound next week!

For those of you following WW i have just ordered one of their recipe books with Propoints for just £4.99 (RRP is £14.99).

http://www.thebookpeople.co.uk/weba...1&catalogId=10051&langId=100&productId=214870

Plus use this code for free delivery - UAR040

I dont know if its any good but thought its worth a try for that price :)

I bought this at work this week as The Book People leave stuff in our refs room. Looks like some lovely recipes in there and like you say really worth it for £5.00

Katie
