:yay: Well done everyone for posting your January losses and for your losses and STS for last week

If you wish to, you can start posting your Lost So Far result, then this weeks loss/STS, so we can see your running total, so if (fingers crossed) I lose a pound this week, mine would be

LSF 8lbs + 1 lb = -9lbs

It's up to you, it's not neccessary

I have lost a 1lb this week, which Im pretty pleased about as I did have a bad weekend foodwise as I went out for a meal. however I normally get to about this stage in my diet and start losing interest so I have to be careful now and keep motivated.

I managed to STS this week which shocked me, I was sure, after a weekend of excess, that I'd be up. I really need to focus this week.

I am exactly the same as you ... after one month I am losing interest a bit. Have been nibbling over the weekend and expect to have gained this week. I have a meal out with work after weigh in this evening ... but i plan to get back to it tomorrow and hopefully go back to writing down my points as that made me less sneaky. My aim is to get at least below 11 stone by the end of the month. Also need to start exercising regularly, one session on the Wii fit is not ging to shift much :rotfl2:

Well joined Weight Watchers last night :rolleyes1

Got to make a real effort to shift this last stone and hopefully the thought of having to stand infront of someone each week will give me this kick up the *** i need :rotfl:

Am finding the books/website soo complicated today - there is just too much information!!

Roll on carrots/celery and bananas :rotfl:

I haven't weighed this week as I was out early yesterday and today.
I will weigh in next monday.

Bit of a stressful week this week, as it's DH's grandad's funeral tomorrow, finally, it's been 4 weeks since his death so I expect I will be eating some rubbish tomorrow, I will try to be good though! ;)
 
Good idea about the running total as sometimes when you have a STS or gain it's good to look at the overall picture :thumbsup2

I started running again at the weekend which i know last time I did this I started gaining weight! I'm going to try and not let it bother me and put me off like last time as I'm going to concentrate on the inches rather than the scales.

I started dieting last Jan so my stats are 22.5lbs lost so far and I'll amend when I get weighed Friday.

I managed a 3 mile run on Saturday which for me is great especially as I haven't been running for 12 months! I felt amazing afterwards but I could hardly move yeaterday! :rotfl: Hope to be able to go out running again on Saturday.

Last night we were watching the DVD of our last trip to Florida in Oct 2009 and this was the main reason I started the diet. There's no way I'm having footage like that when we go again this October! :scared1:

I am a fan of WW. It does get easier as you get used to it. I don't do the online stuff as I find it easy to fill in the little paper tracker in the kitchen as I prepare my meals. I also found their shopping guide (I think it was about £5) very simple to use.

Good luck with it. (I've got my weigh in tomorrow.)

It was just as well I had a slow day at work as i've spent most of if trying to work out how to use the WW site!! :rotfl:

I have ordered one of their cook books from the book people at work for £5 and bought a pair of digital scales as I think my biggest problem is portion sizes. I have just weighed out my home made chilli and was REALLY SHOCKED at what a NORMAL size portion is. Its no wonder i'm over-weight - SIMPLES - i've been eating at least double what I'm supposed to for my evening meal :rolleyes1

Onwards and upwards!

Had a meal out with work friends straight after the WW and I had mostly low fat stuff for starter and main, but then I gave in to temptation and had creme brulee for dessert. :sad2:

Back on track today and I hope to lose at least 1lb next week. :wizard:
