Good idea about the running total as sometimes when you have a STS or gain it's good to look at the overall picture
I started running again at the weekend which i know last time I did this I started gaining weight! I'm going to try and not let it bother me and put me off like last time as I'm going to concentrate on the inches rather than the scales.
I started dieting last Jan so my stats are 22.5lbs lost so far and I'll amend when I get weighed Friday.
I managed a 3 mile run on Saturday which for me is great especially as I haven't been running for 12 months! I felt amazing afterwards but I could hardly move yeaterday!

Hope to be able to go out running again on Saturday.
Last night we were watching the DVD of our last trip to Florida in Oct 2009 and this was the main reason I started the diet. There's no way I'm having footage like that when we go again this October!
