chicken tikka ( 8 pieces ) - 14 points ( the least points per main course )
poppadom - 4 points
plain rice 12 points
naan bread - 12 points

I would normally have chicken tikka masala but I know its really heavy on points and plain rice. I will have chicken tikka. I think I read some where Saag aloo or bombay potatoes are 8 points is this right.?
If it is I would have that instead of rice and take this out of my weekly allowance. A couple of people have said im not eating enough with the gym work outs but Im finding the thought of using the 49 weeklies a bit scary and worried I will put on
