Well done Sue! That's brilliant!

Well I weighed this morning after my first full week of doing the new Weight Watchers plan and I have lost 4lbs!:banana::banana: I'm absolutley ecstatic, I've reached my 10% goal now. I just hope that I can get to goal and then maintain the losses.

Well done Gems thats fantastic to reach your 10% goal!

Megans been up 3 or 4 times a night for the last 3 nights now so im exhausted and really struggling to be motivated at the moment. I weigh in on a Wednesday morning so hoping a loss this week will renew my enthusiasm!

Good luck to everyone else weighing in this week :)

Well done everyone! :goodvibes

I only lost 0.5lbs this week, but I'm not too disheartened seeing as I had a tough week and was either not eating or eating too much...followed by a chinese takeaway on Saturday night

Have been perfect so far today so fingers crossed for a good result this week - have given myself the kick up the backside I needed :rolleyes1

Good luck everyone!

some great losses already well done:goodvibes I have managed to put on 3lbs:mad: I am blaming the hormones as I feel bloated and yucky and am generally ripping the head off everyone. hopefully I will be back to normal soon.:upsidedow

good luck everyone

I'm sure you'll be back on track this week (please don't rip my head off!)

Well done you losers. :teeth:

For all my talk of not wanting to weigh myself I did allow the Wii Fit to weigh me last night and I have lost 3 lb. Even more encouraging I am no longer 'obese', just 'overweight'. :cool1:

:cool1: Well done Bev, keep up the good work

Well done to all those with losses this week - keep it up!

If you put on - never mind get right back on it for this week!

Its a STS for me - but then the weekend did involve cheese and biscuits, wine, a full sunday roast and trifle! Oh and we opened a box of Xmas Chocolates on Saturday night :rotfl::rotfl: oops :rotfl: Thank goodness after a couple I didnt like them so threw them away!

We're off on holiday skiing to Canada on Friday - so it'll be nachos/burgers/stews for dinner so not much chance of losing any for me in the next couple of weeks :rotfl2:

Katie

Well done everyone so far :goodvibes I'm changing my weigh in day to a Tuesday to try and motivate me a bit more over the weekend. That is my downfall so if I know I have a weigh in straight after it, I will hopefully have more motivation :thumbsup2 So from Friday, with a bit of a wobble over the weekend i'm glad to see STS :wizard: keep up the hard work everyone!!

By the way, what do people eat as a snack when you are really hungry? I'm interested to see what everyone eats to keep cravings at bay.

Katie, have a fab holiday and Taylor, I hope changing your weigh-in day helps ::yes::

What chocolates were they? I didn't think it was possible to not like chocolates!

I deliberatly chose Monday as my weigh day - I did think of Friday but I need to be motivated to stay on trak at the weekends. I ate out last week too on Thursday night so it gave me enough time to adjust my next few days. Good luck with changing your day :)

I tend to snack on fruit, and Asda have got their big pots of low fat yoghurts on offer at the mo for 50p a tub so I bought 2 of those yesterday and I will be having it to fill up on after my lunch. Cereal bars are pretty good for snacking on too just make sure that they don't have choc chips!

As im on weight watchers i try to stick to things that are point free or very low points. Usually i snack on Fruit or Veggie sticks. I really like the Asda crispbreads with half a low fat cheese triangle on too. If i fancy something sweet then sugar free jelly :)

Im terrible for craving chocolate or biscuits though. My guilty pleasure is a curly wurly as they are only 3 points.

A girl in my WW meeting told me that poundland are now starting to stock WW products with the new propoints on so i might pop down there in the week and get some. Apparently they sell cookies, crisps, jam and some of the chocolate bars and they are 3 packs for £2. :goodvibes

What chocolates were they? I didn't think it was possible to not like chocolates!

Me too!

They were a gift from my cousins French MIL when they stayed the night just before Xmas. I think they'd been left somewhere hot and/or in the sun as they were all melted into several small lumps!

I think its the first time i've EVER said no to chocolate :rotfl:

Well done everyone, lots of great loses this week. :goodvibes

I weighed in this morning & have lost one pound this week. I'm happy with that as I kind of got into the "start my holiday early" mode & have eaten a few naughty things this week. ;)

Oh well it'll be back to salads/fruit/veg soon enough but first I am going to enjoy my holiday!!!! I'll be back on this thread in 4 weeks, rather depressed & several pounds heavier. :lmao:

Good luck to everyone for the next few weeks. :wizard:

Well done everyone who has lost so far this week and hopefully we can all keep going for the rest of the week. I have just returned from WW and I lost 3lbs this week. Total weight loss in 2 weeks is 5.5 lbs, so I am really pleased.
