:yay::yay: I just wanted to say Well Done to everyone taking part in our dieting thread last week. We had some great losses, 1 or 2lb losses, some STS and the odd little weight gain. But it's a new week, and we need to keep focused and support each other again

I am looking forward to my girls going back to college this week, and I'm hoping that getting back into a routine will help me with my meal times and finding some time to exercise too

I'm feeling great this morning, I lost 3lbs this week, which has taken me to 30lbs lost overall! I'm halfway there...just have to keep going now!

I'm feeling great this morning, I lost 3lbs this week, which has taken me to 30lbs lost overall! I'm halfway there...just have to keep going now!

Join the club, I've had a terrible weekend, i did exercise both sat and sun, but I ate realy bad....it didn't help that I made Pecan Pie:rotfl:

well done everyone on your losses:-) I managed 3lb and I definitely wasn't a saint over the weekend so am happy with that start. here's to a great week for everyone!

I somehow, managed to lose 2lb over the last week, or so my Wii fit tells me, it could be lying of course:rotfl:

I have a very long way to go, made even longer by my newest wonder medication causing serious weight gain.:scared1:

I am also being investigated for a thyroid condition, so I hope that makes some difference, in my favour, if I have to go on medication for that as well.:confused3

I am trying to be good, and I have just had an added incentive thrown at me, an invitation to an old friends wedding next September, filled with people I haven't seen in years:scared1:

So now I have no excuse, other than medical, as there is this wedding, and also our trip to WDW in December 2011. It is going to be a hard 12 months.(:banana: This will be me for the next 12 months:lmao:)
 
well done on your losses...i have just been to my first zumba class, trying to make an effort;)
 
Im starting to think I need a therapy group for chocaholics not a diet support group !!

So far this week I have drank 2 bottles of wines and ate my way through 2 big boxes of thorntons chocolates, doughnuts and tonight i had double portions of apple crumble !!

Im so disappointed in myself feel like all my will power has left me I mean really its only Tues and I have sins list as long (maybe longer ) than my arm !!
Not really brave enough to stand on my scales and my wii fit man is going to start asking me if im really trying pretty soon !! :lmao:
