Blimey, it's Monday again (where did last week go ?? :confused3) and we look forward to another week of dieting

Quite a small loss for me of just 0.5Lb but still a loss I guess:) Hoping for a better week this week.

After being totally off diet for the last 2 weeks, I got up this morning and compleated 30mins of exercise.....the plan is to exercise everymorning....I MUST stick to this all week:rolleyes1.....I've already warned my husband their could be tears on Wednesday after I weigh:rotfl:
 
think i will join you. had a bad week last week and daren't step on scales or wii board at the moment. i've lost a stone in a year so very slowly since i had my son who is now 1. going to disney in may and i have a lot of shorts and cargo's i want to fit back into

Hi all,

Thought i'd join you all, I'm not with any diet club or anything I have just changed my eating habits lately, eating cooked food rather than ready made meals and also drinking alot more water than i used to (I would only ever drink "pop"). Decided I'd use my weigh in day as sunday, cheated a little had a few take-aways last week though so didn't know what to expect. Once I'd stood on the scales though was surprised to have lost 3lbs. Hope this week is as good.
