So, how is everyone's first week going ? Well I hope

It's great that we've had a few good losses already during the last week, and I look forward to hearing how well you've done so far

I am going to join you ladies again and get back on the wagon, i've weighed today and have lost 1.5 lbs this week.

I've joined Weight Watchers online through Quidco and it basically works out free for 3 months! It's £29.99 but you get £30.00 back - well actually they are paying you 5p to join! :goodvibes hope someone else can use that offer too!

I'm frustrated at the moment as I've stayed the same :sad2: I was on track to lose at least 1.5lbs but I think the big roast dinner we had quite late last night hasn't helped.

Maybe the scales will say something happier tomorrow :upsidedow

Yep, it is...though I weigh myself every day to keep myself motivated and on track :thumbsup2

Really hoping for a loss next week as I'm getting impatient for the scales to say 10st something! :goodvibes

Don't be too disheartened, sometimes you see the results in the following week.
I get weighed at WW and do not weigh any other time because our weight can fluctuate throughout the week and I hate disapointment:thumbsup2

I haven't owned any scales for about 3 or 4 years - I knew by my looks and clothes that I had put on a lot of weight. I don't want to start weighing myself regularly and I am hoping that I will know once again by my clothes when my weight is going down again.

For that reason I can't tell you if I lost last week, but I can say that I had a generally good week foodwise, so I am feeling virtuous.:)

Don't worry about STS sometimes you will have a better loss next week because of it :)

Well I've just had my last 5 points and I'm on water and Pepsi Max now for the rest of the night, I don't feel hungry so hopefully I will be ok - I have gotten into the habit of having a few chocolates mid evening as I have a terrible sweet tooth, so I need to try and curb that habit quick ;)

However I must say one thing that I have been doing since Friday and want to share as a tip is having scrambled egg with beans on a morning ( 2 x small eggs and half a tin of beans) and I can say I can have my breakfast at 7am, go to the gym, go to town and not be hungry until after 1pm...it's amazing. If you are finding yourself hungry mid-morning i'd give this a go :thumbsup2 It's working for me to keep the hunger away and I am a terrible snacker :rotfl:

I can understand why you would go down the 'non weigh-in route' Bev as somtimes we can become obsessed with losing every pesky pound (me included) :wizard: Good luck with your diet and I hope you notice your clothes becoming loose very soon ::yes::
